Phoenix Contractors were incredible to work with on my house. As an Interior Designer I work with many contractors and I chose this team because of their attention to detail, transparency and skill to build and create my vision. They were incredibly professional and kept a clean environment, while we lived through the process. They communicated clearly each step and executed them with precision. They were patient with me as both the designer and client. I will definitely use them for my own home and my client's homes.

I truly enjoyed working with Scott on our project. He was very helpful to us in recommending some design changes to our project that didn't add cost to the project but provided a much better final look. I found Scott to be a man of his word and a consummate professional. The Phoenix team delivered excellent workmanship and I think the word "Meticulous" would be appropriate in describing Scott's work ethic and style. I would not hesitate to hire Scott and the Phoenix team to do additional work/projects at our home.

Phoenix Contractors was recommended by our neighbor and we couldn't be more pleased. Scott Sullivan is very professional and a pleasure to do business with. I would work with him again. He was very helpful in the planning and his suggestions really made a difference in the final outcome. His staff and subs were top notch as well and no small detail was left unattended. Subject to a few change orders we initiated, the project was in line with the budget. There were very few delays although it did seem like the project went on longer than we expected as we did not have a firm completion date. Patience prevailed in the end and are extremely happy with the finished product.

Scott Sullivan immediately made us feel comfortable with his knowledge, expertise, and communication skills concerning our kitchen remodel, and he is easy to work with. Scott and his sub-contractors were respectful to my family, our property, and met our expectations. He was efficient, familiar with required permits, knowledgeable about how all the kitchen components function and how they came together. This was our first kitchen remodel and he made us feel confident that we would get our dream kitchen. Our new kitchen is everything we planned for and would hire Scott for our future projects. We would highly recommend Phoenix Contractors, Inc. and his crew to our family, friends and neighbors.

Phoenix Contractors do excellent work; and even more importantly, they are trustworthy. They have worked on two major remodel projects in my house and both have been executed beautifully. Any time an issue has come up along the way, they make sure to remedy the situation by either having a subcontractor back to redo something or explain different proposed solutions to a new issue. I trust them in my house, and I trust them to do a great job with the projects. One of the largest parts of our latest project was to literally replace the main support beam running between my ceiling of the downstairs and floor of the upstairs in order to remove a load-bearing wall. Scott was very good at explaining all the steps of what would be happening, what to expect, when to stay out of the house for a couple of days, and he even sent progress pictures to us while we were staying in a hotel! The work was executed so nicely, that our architect/designer came over before the sheetrock went up and commented about how great it looked and how he was going to start recommending Scott to his other clients. We have a couple more projects needed for our home; and we would not think of trusting anyone other than Scott and his team.

My wife and I used Phoenix Contractors for a total gut job remodel of a 2000 square foot home. Scott Sullivan and his crew did excellent work. They were pleasant, hardworking, conscientious and detail oriented. His sub contractors did an excellent job. The parts of the job they could control were all done on time. Scott was on the job site most days supervising (and working) and he had great instincts about when we needed to be consulted. He was also excellent at working with the interior designer we used on the project. There were a very few, very minor things that had to be corrected once the job was done and the team from Phoenix Construction did a great job of taking care of these issues quickly and easily. Likewise, we had a couple of minor warranty issues months after the job was done and getting some one from Phoenix to deal with these issues was easy and the work was done quickly. Also, on one instance we had a problem months after the warranty period was up. I checked with Scott and he offered to see what had caused the problem. and then do the repair for time+materials. He ended up charging nothing because the problem could have been prevented had the original work been done different. A final thing I would add is that many contractors I have dealt with through the years prefer working with men. That was never the case with Scott and his crews. They treated both my wife and the interior designer we hired very respectfully.
