This is not the standard of service we strive for, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disrespect this has caused. We are taking this matter very seriously and will be addressing it with our staff. All of our calls are recorded, and we need to research the calls in order to address it properly and promptly. As someone who has struggled with acne/scarring/clogged pores for several years, I cannot recommend Kristen enough. During my consultation, she took a look at my skin and was able to provide me with several options that would work well with my skin type. She’s very knowledgeable, honest and easy to talk to. I plan to keep seeing her monthly, because I am so happy with my results and always look forward to catching up with her!

I was not at my best today and phases really turned things around. Kirsten was so great at helping me forget my worries. We both left laughing after an always amazing diamond glow facial. The front desks ladies were so welcoming and understanding. It is so nice to know there are people who may have one job but don't forget to be human when we see one another in distress. I have recently moved out of state and went to a different medical spa skin and laser facility. Wow was I disappointed. I HIGHLY recommend Phases Medical Spa, Skin and Laser. They have the latest updated laser machine which is almost completely pain free. Also their staff is professional and skilled in laser hair removal! My experience there was a five out of five stars.

I recently saw Sara for a Hydrafacial and dermaplaning. She was amazing and so informative. She addressed any of my skin concerns and helped me put together a new skincare routine, even writing out what products to use morning and night. I highly recommend!!

Paula is the most wonderful esthetician on planet earth and I can't imagine what Phases would do without her. Nearly half the women in my family goes to this medical spa SPECIFICALLY to see Paula. She's an absolute hoot, and I enjoy every minute I spend with her. I pray that Phases understands that their staff is an absolute treasure and that they must hold on to them tightly and lovingly. They deserve the world!

Emma and I had our first consultation with Kara yesterday 8/9/21 at Phases with Kara. We were late to our appointment, totally our oversight. I apologized and offered to reschedule I wanted Emma to have her appointment. Sunny is so pleasant to talk to on the phone and more amazing in person. Kara worked with both Emma and I together as one appointment. Kara is so kind and helpful, she is a great Aesthetician. Kara made both Emma and I feel so welcomed and comfortable. Honestly we both felt like we where visiting with a good friend. Kara gave us several treatment options and skin care product suggestions and. We both really enjoyed our appointment and never like we had to decide on a treatment plan or purchase any products. We both did purchase skin care products and are very happy with everything. We enjoyed the entire experience and can't wait to return to Phases to pamper ourselves with another mother daughter day out with Kara!!!!

I had an appointment on Saturday and sat for 29 minutes before anyone told me my esthetician was not coming. I graciously allowed them to reschedule me for today. Well unfortunately today was the first snow and I was behind 2 accidents which made me 15 minutes late for my appointment. Do you think this establishment showed me grace...absolutely not. What a poor testimony to customer service never will I recommend this place. Always remember people talk more about a bad experience than they do a good one.

Sunny is always welcoming when you walk in. Sunny always makes sure my customers needs are met. She assures that if I need to make an appointment we do that before I leave. She checks to see if I need any products. Sunny keeps me advised of when Paula will be Ready for me. Paula & Sunny are role models for the kind of professional staff you want at Phases. Between Sunny & Paula I am very well cared for.
