I had payment issues!! Customer service hard to deal with. When I received my order received AAAA only thing that was good was packaging. Premium weed had about a gram to a gram half of stick. Dry as dry can be. Powder dust by the touch. Also ordered popcorn weed more like shake bottom bag. Once again dry. Prices wasn't bad. But weed once again not for me. Nothing but coughing going on. If your looking to throw away your money here is the place.

Shitty customer service. I paid for an order and had it cancelled after they received payment. They then proceeded to ask for payment again but to a different email. I have not received my order nor have a received a refund. Thatâs just shitty of them and I will not be buying from them again. Shitty customer service and at this point I think theyâre trying to scam people out of their money
I spent $144.00 at Phatom Weed Online. I waited over a month now to get the Bliss packs I ordered. April 9th the order was placed. They have no Bliss I am told but I am avle to add it to cart on their website. There is nothing saying that it isn't in stock. The rep I have been dealing with has been giving me the runaround. When asked for his supervisor he said he was sending out my order again which he hasn't done. I asked for a refund because they don't have what I am looking for and I was offered ACE bucks instead. I have asked for a refund and still haven't heard back as of yesterday. I am not at all happy with how rudely I was treated..I am 44 years old and this is my very 1st ever negative review of a company.
