I recently had XERF treatment with Dr. Gerardo Russo, and the experience was exceptional from beginning to end.
The office is absolutely beautiful, elegant, inviting, and thoughtfully designed. From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted by a team that is warm, professional, and genuinely dedicated to patient care.
A special thank you to Julie, who guided me through the Aura 3D imaging process. I had never experienced anything like it before. Seeing a detailed 3D scan of my face was both fascinating and informative, allowing me to better understand the treatment plan and visualize the changes over time.
What truly sets this practice apart is Dr. Russo. He combines expertise with an incredibly thoughtful and personable approach. He took the time to listen to my concerns, understand my goals, and explain every step of the process. His attention to detail and commitment to natural, balanced results are evident in everything he does.
The results from my XERF treatment have exceeded my expectations. My face appears more lifted, defined, and refreshed while maintaining a completely natural aesthetic. I still look like myself, just a more rested and rejuvenated version. The improvement in my jawline and overall facial contour has been remarkable without ever appearing overdone.
Dr. Russo has a true eye for facial harmony and a genuine passion for helping his patients look and feel their best. Between the exceptional care, beautiful office, advanced technology, and outstanding results, I cannot recommend him and his team highly enough.
Went to get a $300 consultation on laser and the dermatologist refused to tell me what settings she would use on my skin?!? Super unprofessional. They should prioritize patient wellbeing and be transparent so a patient can do their own research instead of gatekeeping information so that the patient can’t get the same treatment somewhere else. The consultation was also very unprofessional. The derm popped in for 5 mins only just to refuse any constructive data around my treatment path, then was busy for 20+ mins. I left due to my inability to wait on her and lack of conviction that she’d tell me anything viable. I’ve gone to an aesthetician before for Fraxel who was way less expensive and much more professional. Had great results and she was happy to tell me what settings she used. This place clearly cares about making money over patient wellbeing.
I am a patient of Dr. Connie Yang for general dermatology, including skin checks. At my last appointment nearly a year ago, she looked at my skin, said everything was fine, and told me to continue my existing rosacea prescriptions.
A few months later, when I tried to refill my prescriptions, one out of three wouldn’t go through. The office told me my insurance was requiring an in-person appointment before they could process it. Due to work, I waited until I could make it work — all while watching my skin get worse.
When I finally followed up, I called my insurance myself. They told me they never asked for an in-person visit. Not once. All they needed was a prior authorization letter from the doctor’s office.
When I brought this back to the office, there was no apology. They just changed their story — suddenly it was “the doctor wants to see you every six months to make sure your medication is working.” A reason they had never mentioned before, and one that only came up after I caught them in a lie. I’ve been on these medications for years with no issues. Annual checkups with multiple refills — that has always been the standard.
This is not patient care. This is a billing strategy. I will be reporting this and I will not be returning.
I do not recommend this practice.
UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO THE PRACTICE’S REPLY:
Instead of addressing what I actually said, they responded by implying I don’t understand how insurance works. That’s their defense.
I never complained about prior authorizations. Your office told me my INSURANCE REQUIRED AN IN-PERSON VISIT. I called my insurance. They said they NEVER requested that. THEY ONLY NEEDED YOUR PRIOR AUTHORIZATION. They left your office a detailed voicemail and I have a CASE NUMBER.
They ignored every single fact and chose to call me uninformed instead. That response alone tells you everything about this place.
AVOID IT.

We are sorry that you do not understand the necessity and requirement of acquiring repeated pre-authorizations (or prior authorizations) for prescription skin creams and medications. It is required by insurance companies to confirm that a medication is medically necessary, cost-effective, and safe before they agree to cover it. This process manages their costs, encourages the use of cheaper, equally effective alternatives (generics), and ensures the drug is not being prescribed for cosmetic use.
To comply with the requirements deemed necessary by insurance companies, patients are often required to return for follow-up visits after several months so treatment effectiveness, safety, and alternative options for continued therapy can be properly assessed. Despite your assumptions that this is a financial decision on the part of the practice, this is common and expected medical practice when working within insurance guidelines and prescription authorization requirements.

Dr Paul frank is a miracle worker. He fixed another doctor’s work and saved my face when every other doctor did not know what to do. He is amazing. You are in the best hands with him. Nurse Jennifer is also amazing and has helped me in this process of healing and repair. I am so grateful.
Title: Poor Botox Injection Result
On December 3, 2025, I went to Dr. Connie Yang for Botox on my jawline. I clearly told her medical assistant that I did not want Botox injected into my chin because I naturally have a beautiful, sharp pointed chin.
However, Botox was still injected into my chin. Due to Dr. Connie Yang’s poor injection skill, my chin developed wrinkling and a shortened appearance, and my face became sagging. This problem has persisted for over three months.
Unfortunately, I regret choosing Dr. Connie Yang, who appears to be relatively new in practice. The outcome of this procedure has been very distressing and has significantly affected the appearance of my chin. After her poor Botox injections on my chin and jawline, my chin now looks shorter and unattractive, which was not the case before the treatment.
I was previously a patient of Dr. Paul Frank, who has over 25 years of experience, and I was always very satisfied with his injection results.
I strongly recommend avoiding Dr. Connie Yang and seeking treatment from a highly experienced injector such as Dr. Paul Frank.
I contacted Dr. Connie Yang’s office regarding this issue, but I was repeatedly told to wait a few more months until the Botox kicks in. I was even willing to pay the $700 consultation fee to see Dr. Paul Frank to ask if he could help correct my chin after it was ruined by Dr. Connie Yang. However, his assistant cancelled my appointment, and no one from the office has reached out to help me address this problem.

Ok a few things. I love this doctor and this practice. Why? 1. I went in with full research on treatments. On him. On his credentials. 2. He is a DOCTOR at a teaching hospital. With top level treatment options. 3. Therefore we could get right to business. 4. He did NOT shove things at me. When he looked at my neck he said Nope. No lasers. That's surgery or CO2. Don't start there ok? 5. His staff is delightful. And informative. Ask them for the straight story. On down time. On what works. No bs. Also - and this matters - Dr. Frank is confident. Not cocky. Not demeaning. But confident. I've been in the business world for 40+ years and I rarely see that. Most experienced people are just full of hubris. He tells the straight up story. He sells reality not dreams. Is it expensive? Yes. Will I go back. Also yes. Well done doctor and your amazing crew! Patient for life!

I’ve been going for 21 years and Dr. Frank has tolerated me every little step of the way & than some 😆. I love the staff, his sister Annie is an inspirational lady. Now.. if you want to go to a doctor over your own appearance, choose one that’s appearance is shown to be consistently ON POINT.. along with great bedside manner. With Dr. Frank (and staff) you get that.
He and his sister haven’t aged a day in two + decades. Nothing fake, nothing plastic… they’re just naturally preserved in time, the way we all are choosing to do when we locate a doctor for such beauty services. I mean if that doesn’t convince ya.. go look at their pictures online. I’m not lying. They’re ageless pros there 🙌!
Not sure how I was lucky to find him back when I was only 29 and had already lived 50 lifetimes, but I’m glad to have done so. He’ll never steer you wrong & I appreciate that quality in him. He won’t just tell you what you wanna hear & I respect that! Honesty is his best policy & he has an artist’s eye 👍. I can’t say enough nice things & both offices are IMMACULATE!!!
5++++ stars ✨
I love this place ,Dr.frank and his team are sweet attentive and friendly they always make sure to check up and give honest feedback and advice , no discomfort whatsoever I feel happy and confident with my results and I am going back for sure , if u ever want lipo and easy recovery book him asap
I saw Dr. Frank a while back to help me with a minor problem and little did I know at the time it would be the biggest regret of my life! What I found out later is that Dr. Frank performed the completely wrong procedure on me for my condition and it caused such extensive damage to my face that I did not recognize myself in the mirror after all the the swelling went down. When I reached out to Dr. Frank about my concerns he was verbally abusive and treated me in a totally disrespectful and dismissive manner. He did not care in the slightest that he had just permanently ruined his patients face and instead of trying to help me he tried to feed me any lie or excuse that he could come up with to try and cover up for himself. This guy is not like any other honest and ethical doctor you've had in the past that want to help their patients and do the right thing. Dr. Frank is a slick used car salesman that will sell you any expensive treatment even if it is the wrong thing that could cause harm to you. This doctor does not care about you in the slightest and will do anything to keep the money rolling in to fund his expensive lifestyle. I have never encountered such a selfish and self-serving person in all of my life. The damage Paul Frank caused to my face is something I will have to live with for the rest of my life and causes me emotional pain and suffering everyday and even gives me nightmares frequently. I walked into his office as an attractive, outgoing and happy woman and walked out looking like a circus freak. I can tell you with absolute certainty that this is someone that doesn't care about you in the slightest and has no desire to help you with whatever problem you think you have. He wants your money plain and simple and all it takes is one single instance of trusting this guy to have to live with a deformed or disfigured face of body for the rest of your life. The only thing I can say to people thinking about trusting Dr. Frank is that if you play stupid games you win stupid prizes!
I booked an appointment for Botox at this office about a month ago. It was my first time receiving Botox ever and I wanted to go somewhere that seemed upscale. I was quoted over $1000 for 3 areas to be treated on my face which I consented to. The nurse and doctor were both very sweet. After financials were discussed and I accepted treatment, the doctor then came back in and asked if I wanted to start with less and re-evaluate in 2 weeks since it was my first time. I told her to do whatever she thought would be best but that I wouldn’t mind coming back for a touch up in 2 weeks if needed. I was then told it would take 4-7 days for results to kick in. I did not notice any aesthetic or functional changes whatsoever even up to my two week follow up appointment. One of the areas they treated was my TMJ, and I was still clenching/grinding just as much as I had been before receiving Botox. I arrived to my two week follow-up appointment and voiced my concerns to the medical assistant then doctor, I was quoted an additional $500 to retreat the masseter. I paid $1000 initially for essentially no results. I will not be going back.
Writing a review of this wonderful physician is long overdue. As a patient of Dr, Franks for many years, I am still continually impressed by the quality of his technique, his judicious use of fillers and other enhancements, and his commitment to to bring forthright about what is a good procedure for the individual patient.
As I am aging, hopefully gracefully, I have Dr Frank to thank for his enormous contribution to my, and the well being of many.
