We highly recommend the team - Jodie, Steve and Mandy. Amazing communication from all and we were reassured that our nervy pup was in great hands. We received regular WhatsApp updates with photos. It was lovely to be able to track their progress from the UK to our home here in Portugal. Lola had obviously been very well looked after by Jodie throughout the journey and has since settled well here in Lisbon. If we need to travel again throughout Europe - UK, we’d definitely use their services again. 10/10 would recommend!

I would recommend Pet Transport Services to anyone in need to transporting their fur babies! Spencer took care of my lovely rabbit Mop so well - a 900 mile road trip and a ferry journey and she arrived happy, heathy and as naughty as ever - she's never travelled before and I was a very nervous bunny mum! You can just tell they really care. Booking and communication was a dream too. Thanks for making something so stressful really easy for me!

We have just received a first class service from Jodie at pet transport services. She safely delivered our pets, keeping us regularly informed as to when she would arrive to collect and how the journey was going would highly recommend and would definitely use the service again myself. I am very happy to have chosen them for moving my cat. They arrived earlier than expected (which made the trip for the little one shorter), and my cat was under supervision during the whole trip. Really satisfied and highly recommend.

My daughter booked Pet Transport Services to bring her puppy from England to Luxembourg. She was, and is, suffering from Long Covid, which is why she chose to have her puppy collected and delivered door to door. The puppy was collected, as arranged, but when the driver got to the border, the paperwork was incorrect. This was despite my daughter checking with the company and with defra. I am amazed that, despite this being their business, the company did not know what paperwork was required for the transport of the puppy. As a result of this, my daughter had to drive from Luxembourg to Calais, catch the Shuttle, collect her puppy, take her to a vet to get the correct paperwork, cross the Channel and drive back to Luxembourg. My husband and I had to drive back from Colmar, where we were on holiday, miss the weekend in Strasbourg, where we had booked accommodation, in order to look after my daughter's older dog. As a result of this, my daughter has paid out a lot more money than originally budgeted and my husband and I have lost the money, which we had paid for our Strasbourg accommodation. My daughter suffered from acute exhaustion for a couple of weeks after this (one of the symptoms of Long Covid), which is why she had chosen to have her puppy delivered to her. At no point has anyone from the company been in touch to check on the puppy's welfare or to offer any compensation for the additional stress and expenses incurred. Very disappointing service altogether.

Amazing company Pluto was in good hands. Journey was delayed by one day because of snow yet communication was spot on couldn’t of asked for a better service.

My 10 year old cat travelled from Kent to Yorkshire and is now settled and full of beans. Pet Transport were reliable and caring for my much loved pet.

Amazing staff, amazing service. They picked up my "fur baby" in Portugal on the 4th afternoon, on the 6th it was already delivered. Timmy was very confortable, and the professionals kept providing updates with tracking and messages! Best money I ever spent!

Pet Transport Services was wonderful to work with in transporting Inca from Paris to Cornwall. Spencer patiently waited while I ugly cried saying goodbye to Inca. The kept me updated on her trip, regular fed, watered and walked her so she had a stress free trip. Thank you

Our little dog did the trip of her life with these guys! She came arrive happy and existed. Mandy gave us constant updates on where they were, and how suki was. Through a whatsapp we saw our little girl cross France, Portugal and Spain. We have only good things to say. Totally recommend them!

Excellent door to door service to transport your pet. I have used other companies and after a lot of research this is definitely the best price you can get for this service. They send you photos and you can always see where they are with the live tracker. They departed from Spain Friday night and my dog was in London by Sunday morning already.

Brilliant, I travelled with this company from Calais to Folkestone with my dog. The driver was very helpful, friendly and courteous. He was a good driver who drove with care and attention. I would be more than happy to use this company again and recommend them to other travellers.

Above and Beyond Excellence. Cora, my cat, was spoiled rotten by Pet Transport Services, just as she deserves. They were organised, prompt, and genuinely cared about her wellbeing. After collecting Cora to drive her from Brighton to Birmingham, they stayed in the back of their customised pet friendly van with her until she had calmed down and relaxed. Because of Pet Transport Services, Cora arrived at our new home completely relaxed and happy, which is more than I can say for me after taking the train...

Great service, arrived bang on time for pick up, really friendly and took time to explain process. Regular updates on progress with photos and the tracker was brilliant as we could follow our dog on his journey. Definitely recommend them for transporting your pet.

Pet Transport Services are fantastic. Correspondence was excellent from start to finish - always clear and timely. Jodie is very knowledgeable and provided so much helpful guidance on the paperwork and answered all our queries. Steve and Mandy were excellent. Mandy kept us updated via WhatsApp messages and live location sharing as they brought our puppy from Spain to the UK in October which gave us peace of mind (and I was so excited to see the van approaching on the map!). They are a pet-centred service, stopping regularly for walks and genuinely caring for the pets' welfare en route. When our pup arrived, she was so relaxed and happy. We couldn't have hoped for anything better. The costs were all transparent and very reasonable. It really is a stellar door-to-door service and I can't recommend them highly enough.
