This is a company that deeply cares about both its human and non-human customers. I was deeply impressed by the attention to detail, professionalism but also genuine empathy with which Jodie, Mandie and Steve worked with me at every step. I was always kept fully up to date with my fellow (feline) ex-pat’s journeys and doings. Mandie especially bucked me up at the tearful temporary bye-bye! 100% would recommend—this is a team that knows what it’s doing and sincerely wants to help. THANK YOU

Great service and communication throughout

I had a fantastic experience with Pet Transport Services. It was a long move that as usual was pretty last minute. Jodie communicated excellently and put me at ease. The plan was faultless and everything went well. The cats were happy and I was happy. Spencer put me at ease straight away and was professional at all times. Everything ran smoothly and I can’t recommend Pet Transport Services enough. Use them. You won’t regret it.

We have been so happy with the service, communication and everyone we have had contact with. It was quite a fraught situation for us and they answered all our questions fully and promptly and took so much stress away. Monty arrived a day early and was so well looked after. I would recommend their services wholeheartedly. Thank you again for your professionalism and support!!!!

Pet Transport Services are fantastic. Correspondence was excellent from start to finish - always clear and timely. Jodie is very knowledgeable and provided so much helpful guidance on the paperwork and answered all our queries. Steve and Mandy were excellent. Mandy kept us updated via WhatsApp messages and live location sharing as they brought our puppy from Spain to the UK in October which gave us peace of mind (and I was so excited to see the van approaching on the map!). They are a pet-centred service, stopping regularly for walks and genuinely caring for the pets' welfare en route. When our pup arrived, she was so relaxed and happy. We couldn't have hoped for anything better. The costs were all transparent and very reasonable. It really is a stellar door-to-door service and I can't recommend them highly enough. Photos sent to us by Mandy on the journey. Edit - Updated post: This was the second time we had used Pet Transport Services and they were fantastic once again. Jodie and the team were excellent at keeping in touch, letting us know what was needed, and being flexible with pick-up arrangements (we were able to alter the city within 48 hours of collection to allow us to make our flight)! We appreciated the WhatsApp messages and live location tracker again to keep us informed about our dog's welfare and progress while Mandy and Stephen were en route. Highly recommended.

My dog arrived earlier than expected well treated and constant updates on the travel, and my dog gets sick in the car but with them for some reason didn't happened which is amazing so would definitely recommend as it is in the budget compared to other services.

We recently used Pet Transport Services for our dog, Jedi, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Communication through WhatsApp was easy, booking was a breeze, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Their prices were great too. They transported our dog safely and kept us updated with live tracking. Highly recommend them!!!

More than happy with Rudi's transport to Scotland from the Algarve! He seemed happy all the way from the regular photos we were sent! Would definitely recommend this company again!

Brilliant! Cat transported from UK to Spain. From booking the communication is excellent. Checklist of what we needed to do and at the end of the phone to answer any queries. We were kept informed all the way of how she was doing and tracker to keep us uptodate on the journey. Blossom arrived safe and sound and happy! Highly recommended

Jodie transported my dog Shadow she was Kind, supportive, very clean vehicle and my dog had a lovely space in a great sized cage for transport safety - The cage was made to feel like a little cosy den, highly recommended ! 10/10

Jodie, Mandy and Stephen made an amazing job with the transportation of my cat from England to Spain. Very smooth trip, with photos and information during the trip to know that everything was going well. They also gave me a lot of support with the paperwork, and the communication was really quickly. They were very kind and friendly, and they were able to deliver some of the cat belongings too. 100% recommended.

Jodie was great! It was a long trip from Southend to Largs in Scotland but I was kept updated all day. Really happy with the service and arrived on time. Highly recommended.
