If there was a no star rating, I would have chosen that. This company took our money on Nov.9,2023, and then did NOTHING for us. After 4 full weeks of inactivity from their end, I—the client and customer—had to reach out to them first--only to be given a whole bunch of lame excuses, citing how "the influx of orders during the Black Friday period and concurrent public vacations" had gotten in their way of helping us. Excuse me, but we paid for your services WELL BEFORE Black Friday. If you had actually cared to help us, you would have made that a priority.
There are some reviews on here that boast about the wonders this company did for them. Maybe those people got lucky? Or maybe they are fake reviews. I cannot tell at this point.
All I know is that even before purchasing the "GoGeek" package from them, I had inquired at length about their refund policy, and they claimed that they would absolutely provide a refund if they fall short of their promised results, according to how many signatures they fail to deliver successfully. Well then, please issue my group a FULL refund ASAP as you didn't have the decency to even begin to help us, after 2 full months now. Talk about a waste of our time, and we could have been actively marketing our petition ourselves instead of relying on your company's inactivity.
This group's malpractice is so ridiculously unacceptable. They paid attention to me up until the actual purchase. After that, it was crickets. Let's see how well they live up to their promise… If they actually refund me, I will return and give them 3 stars. If they are a scam, I'll be sure to let more people know.
