Very good, I would certainly use again if needed. I rang after using another provider who failed to clear my ear wax. I got an appointment the next day with Peter, and he was able to sort out the problem quickly.

Peter was professional and explained the procedure fully. The wax was removed painlessly and quickly. A hearing assessment (that was very hi-tech) identified some hearing issues and a way forward offered. Very pleased with the service.

I have had the most amazing professional experience with Peter after going for a hearing test. He quickly diagnosed the challenges, persevered to get me the best level of comfort and assistance and supplied me with a discreet pair of hearing aids. Highly recommended

My husband had a problem with significant loss of hearing in one ear over a 24 hour period. Pete saw him later that day, even though it was a Saturday. He gave him a hearing test, quickly identified potential problems, and was able to get him into see an ENT specialist at the Hallamshire hospital within an hour for a check-up and prescription, with subsequent follow-up. We were extremely impressed. Thank you Pete.

An interesting visit to Peter this morning concerning my longstanding tinnitus. A hearing test showed up something of which I was unaware and we discussed that together with what could be done to moderate the buzzing in my head! Two options, which came as a surprise. It is reassuring to be dealt with by a professional, which is what happened today. I suspect this will not be my only visit to Thornbury. Thank you.

Rang initially for advice the lady was very helpful & friendly - nothing was too much trouble and found out answers to my questions quickly and rang me back as promised Went on to Book my 94 year old Dad in for micro suction. I saw Nicole today to discuss my tinnitus and she took so much time to listen to me and then explain tinnitus and ways to deal with it. She made me feel at ease immediately and we talked through some sensitive subjects as I did not realise that stress was one of the biggest reasons for causing it, plus I came off antidepressants about the same time it started. I would say she is one of the best healthcare specialists I have dealt with as she felt very genuine and that she really did care about my situation. I cannot recommend her enough and Thornbury Hospital is easy to get to with ample parking.

I found Peter Byron infinitely patient and understanding. For years I had put up with second rate hearing but after meeting Peter he told me that I could do better and I instantly noticed an improvement in my hearing with new aids supplied by him. After visiting him at Thornbury hospital he also came to my home and made me aware he does home visits.

I was "bad cop" while Nicolle tested my elderly mom's hearing. Simply couldn't fault manner in which this was done. Nicolle provided a clear, concise and tailored to the person narrative throughout the unhurried process. Mom is having the suggested trial hearing aids and we both have no qualms whatsoever that these will be excellent and will lead to a subsequent purchase backed by proper customer support. Fitting and set up is done at a home visit by the way. No doubt there are cheaper providers out there but I'm certain that mom's chosen the best for the money.

I highly recommend Peter, who is nothing short of a miracle worker. I had a foreign object lodged deep down in my right ear canal and Peter was able to extract it with persistence. The relief was immediate and I'm truly grateful for his expertise.
