This company came out to diagnose and repair our upstairs air unit. The guy couldn't figure out why it was blowing fuses, took 5 hours to figure out it was a bad transformer. Replaced my three amp with a five amp, which could be a fire hazard... I told him to check the thermostat because it always needs replaced anytime electrical issues occur... he didn't.... Fixed the transformer, system worked.... That night it wouldn't turn off. This was the fourth of July weekend so they couldn't get anyone out til the next week.... Went to Lowe's, replaced the thermostat it worked .... However, the system is short cycling, which it didn't do until he was up there messing around, and the attic where the unit is, the guys moved the insulation off of the handler but didn't replace the insulation around the handler when they finished so condensation water leaked into the attic insulation, pooled and then leaked onto the bathroom ceiling and leaked ALL THE WAY THROUGH that now needs replaced. The company sends THE SAME people back out....We showed him the damage he caused, he said "oh..." they spent 8 hours here, couldn't find the issue and then just left.... Without diagnosing anything! Wouldn't even take the inner most cover off and check the outdoor unit only looked at the back, focused on the attic (still have no bathroom ceiling mind you).... Company never followed up, just ghosted us. Unit still needs fixed so my husband goes outside to see what he can find ... Turns out the defroster board is very visibly burned, and there's a rubbed wire under the blade, and they left exposed wires sticking out of the back of the unit, which had they looked at the inner parts of the unit by removing the inner metal casing thing, they would have seen....Do not use this company if you can avoid it. They seem to not know what they are doing, make more work and damage for you to deal with, and are a waste of time and money. Because of the damaged ceiling and having to replace the insulation that got wet because of them it is an additional $500 in materials.... It would have been more if my husband wasn't handy with repairs and we needed to have someone come repair damage caused by this company.
Outstanding job, lead technician resolved a two year challenge with my infrared sauna. I look forward to using Perry Aire Services for all my future electrical needs!

We were very pleased with how everything went from the beginning. The owner personally came out to check out our units and explained what was needed, to the efficiency of the technicians who installed an outside and inside unit as well as replace the hot water heater in one day. We would highly recommend Perry Aire Services, their technicians are very knowledgeable and professional.
I was extremely impressed with the service. After calling several companies only to be told they couldn’t help me, I was referred to Perry Aire. Within two hours of contacting the company, the technician was at my house. He was friendly, respectful, explained what he was doing and why, and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of HVAC work.

Perry Aire Services is the best! I have a rental property and my tenant called me on a Sunday about a small leak that we thought was condensation on some ductwork. I called just to leave a message for Perry Aire thinking they would call me on Monday but in a matter of minutes I got a call back and they were able to schedule someone who could come out on Monday. Rey came out to assess what the problem was and we realized that it was a pipe and not the ductwork. They would need a plumber to fix the leak. Ryan, who is excellent, fixed the problem and explained everything to me in the process. He was professional, upbeat, and friendly. Perry Aire is a wonderful company and we’re lucky to have them servicing our area.

Perry Aire Services saved the day after a previous plumber left us needing emergency repairs. They installed my AC system over 5 years ago and it’s only issue was a condenser going bad that was taken care of under warranty.
