IF YOU NEED HELP, GOOD LUCK YOU'LL NEVER GET IT
I signed up and was approved for a credit card through perpay but the last step of getting approved is having my phone number verified and I'm not getting the verification code sent as a text message to my number for some reason. I have done all the steps that they tell you to text a number they have listed there and give your information and they're supposed to get back to you to fix the issue but it's been a week out and I haven't heard anything. I also did a chat with the AI and submitted a ticket for help which I was lead to believe I should hear back within 24 hours, but that was 4 days ago and I have not heard a thing from anyone. I'm about to just cancel my account and delete it then move on because this is ridiculous! If it's this hard to start an account, what kind of nightmare would it be if I needed their help for a really big issue? No thanks. Don't make my mistake, just don't deal with them is what I would have done if I knew this already.
