IF YOU NEED HELP, GOOD LUCK YOU'LL NEVER GET IT I signed up and was approved for a credit card through perpay but the last step of getting approved is having my phone number verified and I'm not getting the verification code sent as a text message to my number for some reason. I have done all the steps that they tell you to text a number they have listed there and give your information and they're supposed to get back to you to fix the issue but it's been a week out and I haven't heard anything. I also did a chat with the AI and submitted a ticket for help which I was lead to believe I should hear back within 24 hours, but that was 4 days ago and I have not heard a thing from anyone. I'm about to just cancel my account and delete it then move on because this is ridiculous! If it's this hard to start an account, what kind of nightmare would it be if I needed their help for a really big issue? No thanks. Don't make my mistake, just don't deal with them is what I would have done if I knew this already.

This company are Thieves Perpay is the worst company to try to build your credit/ deposit money. CS is the worst they say one thing and do something else. My Daughter tried to cancel her account and they will not refund her my money back. They stoled her money and absolutely will not refund her money per the CS rep stated. Do not use this company they are the worst. I will report this to the Better Business Bureau.

Absolute Scam I was impressed with the idea of this app. taking my money to then use later so there is no debt. Well, I haven't really needed to shop so I have requested the money go back in my bank account - that has been a mess. I paid for the "express withdrawal" so they charge like 7.99 and it suppose to be deposited right away. The last time I did this it took 2 days and a lot of emails. This is the second time I've tried to withdrawal money, I am on day 3, and nothing of my "express" request has happened. They are still holding onto my money. There are plenty of options out there, this looks like a good tool but it's total BS.

Non Responsive Company is not responsive. There is absolutely no way to contact anyone directly! This is so unsettling considering they collect personal and banking information. It took 4 days to get an email response from an inquiry and the conversation was ending before I could even respond.

Id say go for it just know what you're getting into To sum it up 4 stars instead of 5 is STRICTLY due to the cost of items and the over charge sometimes to the extreme. Example. The item you want and just have to have is about $700 in stores. You will pay no less than $1,400 in the app. That's not an exaggeration. That's just the truth. Shipping is freaking awesome! I'm talking in most cases Amazon prime awesome, and very reliable. Approval process. I cannot speak for everyone as it's decided on individual basis. For me it was quick and I want to say my beginning credit was around $1-$1.5k. It was Christmas of 2023 and I was VERY desperate. In that instance it saved me. I've been using perpay non stop since December of 2023. I've bought so many things from them that I otherwise wouldn't have been able to have. I would advise all to really think about it because you pay out the A$$ ! A minimum of 2x the normal price. So I limit my purchases only to things I truly either need ASAP or things that I would really like and could not save for. When you get approved you might start with a lower limit depending on your income and possibly credit I'm not sure about the credit part. Your first few orders until you develop some good payment history will not ship until the initial payment is made. Once you develop good payment history they will near instantly approve and ship your item with no upfront cost. The way that they get their payment is they have you log into your ADP or payment portal from your employer and set it up to where when you get paid whatever weekly or biweekly amount you've agreed to is sent to them and the remainder of your paycheck is deposited into your checking account. It sounds scary and complicated but it's incredibly easy and I've been with them around a year and a half of CONSISTENT, NON-STOP orders and payments and I've not had one single problem with that or with them. For Christmas this year i ordered a few drones for my children. Not super top of the line but somewhere in the middle drones with gps and fpv goggles. One of them worked perfectly and the other was defective right out of the box. "Oh sh*t" was what I was thinking because I've not had to return anything and for anyone wondering the only way to contact customer service is either using the chat featur on the app or emailing them. I gotta say that part also really sucks. You end up having to resort to email usually anyway. Like I said that sucks. It's like a day between contacts. But they emailed me a return label and I went to the ups store to have it shipped back. Was super easy and cost me nothing. They got the item back in i believe 2 days and my account was instantly credited. So don't worry about the return process. Last thing. When you order you have to use their marketplace. They have just about everything on there but you can only use perpay in their own online store or marketplace. Here's the problem I have with that and I feel could be easily corrected. I like to research everything I buy or think about buying a good amount before I buy things. Without getting very creative you cannot do that on their marketplace they make it very very complicated. On most listing's they do not list a model number, only their item number for their inventory. So to look the item up you have to screenshot and Google search it praying you find the right one. But all in all I would and do recommend using this service only under certain circumstances or with caution and awareness of how much you will pay for the item or items you would purchase.

Great way to shop and build your credit at the same time.My experience was very easy and straightforward. I got to buy my kids Christmas gifts and open a line of credit to help build positive credit. Each payment is deducted out of payroll via direct deposit so you don't even have to think about it or accidentally miss a payment. I would recommend this to anyone. Missing Christmas Package I purchased the second item which was a Tory Burch tote! That said it was delivered the 29th. I was Out of Town for the Holiday's. But when I returned home I did not receive my package. And I'm just getting from out of town! 434.00$ 20/pmts. I already have a TV50in. 4 payments left. No Answers I only started using this app because Credit Karma suggested it, as I had a good possibility of getting a credit card through them. I set up the required direct deposit, which I had to do manually because my employer doesn’t allow automatic direct deposit changes. And still a week later my direct deposits are getting sent over but my credit card isn’t available since they still want me to set up direct deposits automatically. It’s been very annoying trying to get any one to help. They tried saying my direct deposits weren’t coming from an employer, but I have the stubs clearly showing they are. Then they said they cleared the hold but still only thing I have is an app that is taking money from my paychecks for nothing.

Customer service So after about 10 emails of the same messages I was able to finally communicate with someone with out receiving another automated message. The Perpay agent is Thierry who responded to my concern who also responded with appropriate communication who also provided me with assurance that my issue will be resolved. That is how you communicate with your customers especially if we are the ones doing business with you. So shout out Thierry great job. You may be the only reason I shop again online 💪🏻

Problem with tracking package I had an issue on an order and I have never used per pay before. THEO was very helpful on tracking an item that wasn't showing up on the tracking. Awesomeness! I haven't had any issues with perpay! Every agent in every department are swift and accurate when it comes to helping anyone. If I could give this place a negative rating, I absolutely would, without hesitation. They literally have the absolute worst customer service Ive ever experienced in my life and I do not say that in any time of exaggerated way. Its seriously not worth the energy or headache! Shame on them.

Predatory purchase.I already knew that I would be paying 2/3x the amount using them. I set up a payment plan and they just took all the money from my account in one swoop instead. Slow to respond, the customer service from another country never has the power to actually do anything. Don’t waste your time or money. Reason I chose this business: Trying to save but they only screw you over

Package still hasn't arrived My package that I absolutely needed for business, hasn't arrived at all. I have received poor communication on my package and everyone keep asking the same questions but no one is updating except the automated service! It's been since December 5th, 2024... No update, and this was very much needed!
