I wish I hadn't put off getting my eyebrows tattooed for so long. I had so many questions and concerns but Cindy addressed all of them at our initial consultation and talked me through the entire process, she set my mind at ease every step of the way. I love her attention to detail, how she took her time, checked in with me throughout the procedure, and showed so much compassion. She takes pride in her work and she should because I seriously couldn't be happier with the results!! She gave me the confidence that I've been missing for years. This was my third visit to Permanently Beautiful. I wanted Cindy to touch the permanent lip color she did last year and to add a lip line. The procedure was straightforward and Cindy took a lot of time and care to make sure that the end result was perfect. The numbing cream she uses throughout the procedure helps me achieve minimal discomfort. The end results were amazing! My thin lips look so much fully with more definition. I couldn’t be happier with Cindy ‘s work, and I highly recommend her to anyone considering permanent make up, tattoo and scar removal or skin regeneration.

Cindy is wonderful! I lost half an eyebrow about a decade ago after Mohs Surgery, and my brows have thinned from Thyroid disease. I wanted to have brows that looked polished but did not require makeup, so I did a deep dive on the Internet into the difference between micro blading and powder brows, and who does them in Missoula, and found Cindy. I booked an appointment and was impressed with the intake process, which was very thorough, and with her extensive training. She did a lot of measuring and walked me through the process, putting me at ease. She suggested a color, which after healing turned out to be perfect! Cindy is very kind and loves helping people who want to restore brows they have lost from illness or injury. Powder brows seemed like a great choice for me because the needle is smaller and the effect softer than micro blading—Cindy says they last longer too. My 18 year old told me about 5 days after I had powder brows done that I looked younger, which wasn’t necessarily the point, but it’s a nice bonus. Thanks, Cindy!

Cindy was very awesome. She took me to her work area ensuring me everything was going to be fine. She asked me if I had any questions because I was a first timer with getting my brows tattooed. She used techniques that she learned to help me throughout the appointment. Before going into the appointment I thought I had no eyebrows then when she was almost done she let me look and I cried. Cindy took her time making sure I was happy with my eyebrows and I started to cry because I had eyebrows now. Thank you Cindy 😊

Ladies, I had breast surgery, a lift and implants and scarred rather badly due to a bleeding problem and had to have another surgery that day. The results were thick scars around my aerola and rather severe hypopigmentation. Im a dark latina so this made me self conscious. After having my brows done and loving them. I talked at length with Cindy about my issues and what I was hoping for as a final outcome. Cindy outdid herself, the color, shape and depth is amazing. The look like my old set and I am immensely pleased. Her skill is without question and I could not recommend her more highly!
