The service technician was on time and very professional. He took the time to discuss any concerns. I had the whole exterior house sprayed to eliminate ants and spiders. This is my fifth time using them, whatever they use works great!

First of all the technician was very friendly and very pleasant; someone who you want to do business with! He is knowledgeable and knew the answers to all my questions,and was able to explain to me in details what's happening and why I have those carpenter ants.From where they are coming,what they will do about it,and what will happen after they do it.He wasn't in a hurry and had a time for me.He is the kindest exterminator I 've ever seen.
