For context, my home is a part of a townhome slab and is one of four.
We called PermaJack our early in August to see our slab and give us a quote. They detailed that our slab was coming our of the ground and gave a rough estimate of 30Ks worth of work. But they also said that the would not do any work unless we got a written sign off from our neighbor. A week later, we never got any further information from them and we assumed that they did not want to work with us.
Here we are in October and I am working with all my neighbors (That was the goal all along, they were the first before we contacted them) and and we have a company that has quoted us 20K for all of the work on all four slabs for steel beams.
The company we chose is called HD Foundations. They didn't bat an eye at the four slabs and were willing to work with us before we even mentioned that we had the other neighbors support.
My goodness I'm so grateful for the excellent work provided by the good people working for Perma Jack Texas, David, Angel, Tanner, Jim. Respectful, hardest working men I have ever seen. What a tremendous weight lifted, now that the foundation work has been completed. I had quotes from 5 other companies before hiring Perma Jack. I knew once David explained the process to myself and husband they could solve our foundation issue the CORRECT WAY. And they did. It was like magic, soon as the lift began the cracks in the floor tile closed, also the cracks in the drywall. The baseboard aligned with the floor again. It was amazing to see my home restored. I am definitely recommending Perma Jack Texas to anyone in the state of Texas and beyond.

I was so happy with the work that David, Angel and team did for me.
They were very efficient and did not waste any time while they were working on my house.
Angel took the extra time to explain what they were doing and then was able to give me advice on how to maintain my foundation in the future.
They cleaned up around the house when they were done - and it looked better than it did before they came out.

I just finished having a total foundation repair with piers all around the outside and 8 piers inside my 46 year old home. Yes, it was expensive but my foundation sank 9.5 inches on one side! No concrete pier can fix that kind of problem. I know, I made that mistake 5 years ago. PermaJack of Texas is the only way to go when you have foundation problems. David Kerzee's expert crew, Angel, Colton and Jim were efficient, knowledgeable, trustworthy and hardworking.
Please don't be swayed by the cheap concrete pier companies. Think about it. The piers have to go to bedrock to support a foundation. My piers had to go down 30 feet to hit bedrock! No concrete pier can do that; no matter what they tell you.
I will stand on my now stable/level rooftop/house and shout to anyone who'll listen, GO WITH PERMAJACK OF TEXAS! You can trust David Kerzee and his men! Thank you!!

David Kerzee and his crew were true professionals. Some of his staff have been with the company for years. They performed some awesome concrete repair work for me and I will use them again. David Kerzee knows his business very well and he is an expert!
Angel and the team did a great job on my recent foundation work. They were professional and on time and even explained the repair process and maintenance needed to keep my home in good standing. I was starting to see some cracks appear in my second floor ceiling line. I wanted to start with a solid foundation as one might say. I had a sag of about 0.75” over 20 feet at the corner of the house. PermaJack came and supported the corner with piers and thankfully the ceiling crack was closed up (win). They performed the work as expected and communicated along the way. They showed up when they said they would and completed in the timeline they planned. It was an overall great experience. They also provided advice for routing water away from the foundation as a prevention technique.
David was easy to talk to on the phone. When his foreman started working and i had questions he was able to explain what was going on very easily!
I will send my friends and anyone else that is looking for foundation repairs or leveling to him.
I have known David for about 20 years. I am his insurance agent. He is the only name I give to any of my clients who need any kind work on concrete, but primarily for foundation work. We used PermaJack after getting estimates and proposals from them and 4 other foundation repair firms in Central Texas. While the others presented repair plans, David met with me three times and explained the enginnering issues associated with the concrete, the soil, and specifics of the existing foundation. Rachel who answers the phone was efficient, friendly, professional, and a pleasure to speak to. The work crew was quick, professional, and easy to interact with. The forman Angel stopped to answer questions each time we asked, and without any hesitation or inference that we were interrupting his work. He was great and had no issues with us visiting the house during the project work. PermaJack does not use concrete pier solutions, but drove steel peirs 18 feet down to bedrock. Both the interior work and exterior work was completed quickly and cleaned up so as to not leave us work to do other than to unroll the carpet.
The pricing was not just competitive, but reasonable. I would use them agian without hesitation!
I was referred to Perma Jack by neighbors who used them with great results for foundation repair. I needed foundation repair as well and called David who did a good job explaining everything. When the crew arrived they got right to work. I was very impressed how hard they worked. They were very professional and friendly and took pride in their work. I am very happy in with everything they did and would recommend them yo anyone.
David and his team were flexible with working in our project when weather delayed other jobs. The work was done well and the result was exactly what we needed. So grateful for their professionalism and would happily call them again if we need foundation work.

Today Perm Jack TX was finally able to put 2 piers in the left & right front of our house. It took a few weeks to get here because of rain delays. As a matter of fact a cold front blew in along with some rain as they were drilling. They stayed & finished regardless. David K. was an excellent engineer & showed me everything when he came out to look at house. Very easy to work with & had an excellent attitude. Also wasn't trying to sell us something we didn't need. My wife and I greatly appreciate that! Unlike a few other companies we'd talked to.
