Terrible terrible job!! Brand new dress, stains were left, just as I brought it in. Messed up the fabric and blamed it on my seat belt that pulled the material, but never drove with it!! Missing belt on red dress. Not the first time! Thought I’d give them another chance, but they messed up more then ever! Very upset. Needed the clothings for this weekend!! Don’t trust them! I called and his sister hung up the phone on me! Unprofessional business and I won’t be surprised if they shut down! Would not recommend.

I dropped off 13 items on a Thursday and paid $100 in advance with the understanding that they would be ready Tuesday afternoon/evening. On Tuesday they were not ready. On Wednesday only half were ready. Returned on Thursday for the remaining items and they still are not ready.
