We replaced two old units at 21 years old. The crew that helped us, were way beyond our expectations. Work ethic, extremely impressive. We had difficulties with 21 year old wiring, which was not up to today's bulding code. There were challenges to overcome and they did so with drive and enthusiasm . The guys definitely live up to their company name "Dun-Rite". By far the best customer service I've ever experienced. THAN YOU GUYS !!!! I admit I had some concerns about the buyout because we’ve used Canards for so long. My technician, Jacob (I think) was very professional, checked everything out, and answered all my questions. My unit is only 2 years old and I feared his job would be to find something wrong. He did not! I am pleased.

I have been a very happy customer of ACA for 20 years. It seems Dunrite has bought the company, I hope my experience continues to be amazing! Gavin came to the house for maintenance on our ac systems. (It has been about a year since ACA has looked at it.) Gavin seemed very knowledgeable and professional. He was very clear about what he found and the work he recommended, many pictures included. He has been a huge help in facilitating next steps! Long story, we are needing to put in one new system. (Much more expensive than we expected!) But, they have scheduled the work to be done quickly. 🤞 That the job is done well! I'm sure they will want a second review after the system is in. So far, the process has been good. A few wrinkles along the way but it all has worked out so far.

Honestly — real costumer here. From the phone service the moment I called, to the professionalism when they showed up, this is definitely the business your looking for in a pinch of time & needing urgent help with our water heater, they showed up in no time. Took weeks to get a part in, and we were not informed the technician was on vacation for a week. Then when he finally came out and put the part in, that wasn’t even what was wrong with the dishwasher. Said he would return to fix correctly and we cannot get him to return our call. 4 weeks without a dishwasher and we ended up buying a new one anyway. Never again.

Very happy with Alex and the work he did for us today. We thought we might have termites. He inspected and assured us we did not. However we did have carpenter ants and fire ants and some wasps, so he treated for them. Alex was very personable, knowledgeable, prompt and courteous. The price was reasonable and I would have Alex back again. Highly recommend.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I had Mansfield Plumbing conduct a hydrostatic test on a home I was purchasing.They claimed the property had no leaks. I moved into the home to discover I was losing over 3000 gallons of water every night. When I reached out for help Mansfield denied all responsibility and refused to assist, even though their inspection directly led me to purchase a property with a $5,000+ hidden repair. Their attitude toward customer service is dismissive at best and negligent at worst. If you value accurate work, accountability, or even basic honesty, I highly recommend avoiding Mansfield Plumbing at all costs.
