We had a tub to shower conversion. Perfect stayed in touch and kept us in the loop. They also went above and beyond to allow work to be done in our time frame! Adrian did the actual work, kept us informed, was here in a timely manner and stuck with it until the job was done! Adrian was very polite, very accommodating, very professional and went above and beyond to give us perfect results! We highly recommend that you give them a call!!

The crew was outstanding, working to replace our roof with 12 hour days. When they left, the yard and driveway were spotless.

First of all I want to give two thumbs up to Adrian!! He's amazing!! He really put in a lot effort & hard work on what he does!! The communication that he had with me & my Son were amazing! He remodeled, my bathroom in 21/2 days he would start early in the morning & work late at night. I would tell him how good of a job he did & how happy I was to have him as my contractor. He was a gentleman, respectful, kind he has a lot of patience. If he came across a problem it wouldn't take him long to figure out how to fix it. It's like he made it his own & what I mean by that like if he wasn't satisfied with the way he performed the work.He will make it way better to his as well as my satisfaction!! If & when I need work done on the inside or outside of my house I would want no other contractor but Adrian. I've already told my boss & people are my job. I showed them pictures of the work that Adrian did in my bathroom & they gave him thumbs up they complimented him on the work that he did in my bathroom..

First off, Adrian is AMAZING. I really cannot say enough about what a good job he did on our bathroom. A craftsman is known by his finish work, and Adrian did absolutely stellar finish work. (Along with a great job on everything else.) He went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with the job, and we most definitely are satisfied. Five stars -- nay, six -- are EASILY deserved based on the way our bathroom ended up. I will update this review with pictures as soon as I can get some that will show it off properly.
However, honesty requires me to say that Adrian was not our original installer. I'll skip the full saga, but let's just say the first attempt left a lot to be desired. Our bathroom looked like a cheap motel, with huge beads of messy caulk attempting to cover the gaps of poor cuts, a drain that leaked if we tried to take a bath, shelves that collected water instead of shedding it, a 34-inch cut in the top edge of our tub as if from a razor blade, and other various and sundry problems.
Making a long story short, it took almost a year of diligent follow-up on my part before I could even get a manager to come out and see what was going on, much less get any resolution.
(To be fair, they did send out another installer at one point, who scraped out the original caulk and replaced it with even wider beads of bright-white window caulk, giving the whole thing a strange coloring-book vibe. This caulk didn't even adhere to the shower walls properly, and began falling out after a few days.)
Finally, I mentioned that I'd been patient enough, and was getting ready to write my Google review, including pictures. That's when the owner got involved, and things finally started to happen.
The manager finally came over, and brought Adrian. Adrian looked everything over, then got to work, and I have to say, the guy practically worked a miracle.
To say that Adrian "fixed" everything that was wrong would be a gross understatement. Several parts had to be replaced. Others were able to be repaired (in fact, Adrian repaired the cut in the tub so well you can't even see it ever happened.) Some of the repairs required some trim work, and Adrian did an amazing job with that as well. He fixed the leaks and even replaced some corroded drain pipe. Frankly, the end result was a significant upgrade from what we had originally expected. I certainly never expected such an excellent result after the first two installers had come and gone.
Every business makes mistakes sometimes, but you can tell the good from the bad in how they handle them. In the end, I wish it hadn't taken almost a year of me following up (sometimes multiple times per week) for Perfect Choice to make things right, but they did eventually come through, and at no small cost. And credit where credit is due -- they even included some new ancillary materials that weren't part of the original job, but that became necessary to take care of the problems caused by it. So ultimately, they did have our backs after all.
And so, everything ends happily ever after.
The only thing left to say is, if you choose Perfect Choice for your home, might I suggest asking for Adrian by name? Based on our experience, you couldn't do any better!

My issue with this company was no one on the crew spoke English. I had paid to have storm shield installed on all the eaves. Which didn’t happen. My gutter was destroyed. The roofers had to come back and rip off some of the new roof to replace a sheet of plywood they were supposed to have done. I hope it doesn’t effect the roof integrity. The company was supposed to send someone out to repair two foot deep ruts next to the house from the dumpster. The earth was pushed up a foot on my siding. And other things. It could of all been avoided if a translator was on site as told. The roof looks good if you don’t look to close.
