I don’t know if I just came on the wrong day or what. First, I just wanted some water. The girl working said they were out of water bottles. I asked if they had other soft drinks she replied with no. So I ordered the soft serve ice cream on a cone. The girl told me that it was too soft to fit in a cone. I said ok just do the cup. However I did not expect it to be this soft. Plus it has a nasty after taste. D

Have never had a bad experience! There’s been times I’ve gone and it’s been super busy especially when having just ONE person working and it has still been a positive experience. The wait is worth the nice customer service and yummy treats

The snow cones are delicious, but the outdoor space is infested with wasps and yellow jackets. We tried finding any place to safely eat our snow cones, but the bees found us on the bench out near the road. One landed on my daughter and she dropped her snow cone 😔 They need to clean it up.

We apologize! We have never had bee issues and are doing everything we can to get them back under control.
I was surprised that it wasn't as expensive as I was expecting. We went for simple snow cones. 4 kids cost me $12. We enjoyed the outdoor games they had. Played jenga, tic tac toe, hula hoops, corn hole and connect 4. It was a fun little time.

I could have not asked for a better staff member!!! Today, I took a summer camp group to this location with nearly 40 kids. Olivia (I think that is her name) did an outstanding job handling that many orders at once. She never once complained or got upset when making the snow cones even though she was the ONLY worker there. Her snow cone service was the absolute best!!!!!!

Brought family from out of town to Pelicans on Father’s Day around 3pm. It was very busy and the girl behind the counter was working hard! Managing the drive through and counter by herself with tons of people there! Customer service was off the charts, so good!! The kids had fun playing with the stuff outside and listening to music.

We frequent this location. Recently the customer service is non existent. We sat for 30+ minutes each trip at the drive through. On our most recent trip we were informed by a hostile employee that the front was busy and we would need to continue to wait, as if utilizing the drive through was a problem. We decided it best to just leave.

Delicious! When I'm hot and thirsty from working on my yard and garden I like to go to Pelican's SnoBalls. Kids size snow cone with light cherry juice. I have to say too, the young adults that work there are always very nice and they get my humor!! 5 stars!
