They were great when I was a customer. I cancelled my services in April. It is July now and they are still trying to charge me for services I am not using. Call them and their agent Hailey hangs up me. I use to send lots of people to them, but not anymore. Try to call them and they won't answer the phone, or they hang up on you, and won't respond to emails. Plus they outright lied to me on the phone saying my account was closed and to restart services at my new place I would have to start from scratch since my account is no longer "active" but they are still charging for services when I got emails at the end of April showing my services were cancelled.

Regarding the poor customer service you received, again our apologies. We have addressed your situation internally with additional training for our staff so that this won't happen again.
