Do not recommend! Their people can talk down to you but you cant say anything back in any type of way! Definitely will not be trusting them with my child and wouldn't trust them with any child

The doctors are great and they have friendly staff to check you out quickly. Heather and Tanika were very professional. We left our last dentist office because they were always in a rush and rude if you had questions. Not plaza.

Abby and Dr Luo are the best! My daughter’s first trip to the dentist was a breeze thanks to them! Walked us both through everything and validated our feelings with full support, when she needed a filling. A great group to work with and will continue to come here! I could not rave more about this place! Affordable and very friendly staff!! I have an issue with cotton, and my previous dentist made me feel bad about it, here they were very accommodating and did not make me feel judged or feel like an inconvenience. I had a cleaning today and he was very gentle and polite. I recommend going here to all my family and friends now!

I’ve never had a negative experience with a dental hygienist until today. My appointment on 2/23/26 at 2:00 PM — which I rescheduled at the hygienist’s request — left me feeling like an inconvenience from the moment I sat down.
The cleaning was extremely heavy-handed and genuinely painful, both during and after the appointment. I have never experienced lingering pain following a routine cleaning before.
What was most concerning was the comment that she “usually only takes 20 minutes” and was seemingly trying to beat her personal record. Dental care should prioritize patient comfort and thoroughness — not speed.
After my X-rays, I asked if my sister could sit with me. The request was met with visible frustration. When my sister was called back, the hygienist shouted her name from the hallway and walked away, leaving her to navigate the office alone. It felt dismissive and unnecessarily unwelcoming.
I truly hope this was simply an off day, but the overall experience felt rushed, uncomfortable, and unprofessional. One negative visit can make patients reconsider where they receive care.

This team is phenomenal!! The orthodontist side works so hard to make sure the patient understands and feels comfortable with the decisions made. They are always on time and get their patients in and out while at the same time giving each patient all the time they need by answering every question. This is the best dentist type of experience I've ever had. My daughter goes for braces and the staff is great, the orthodontist himself is very friendly and capable, and everything is so efficient. We never wait long for anything. Highly recommend this office.

The regular pediatric side of the Dentristry DDS is pretty nice. There was awhile where there was not a pediatric dentist, which was frustrating. The office staff on the general side of the dentistry are pretty nice. Office staff on the pediatrics side has been kind of lacking and I haven’t been satisfied with their customer service. It seems when you ask them a clarifying question, they seem annoyed. They don’t seem to have a problem with smiles and looking other staff in the eye, but not when a patient is checking in. I usually have to call the general side to relay messages when they first open.
The orthodontist is pretty amazing. He knows who the patient is. He said hello to her, then me. He spoke to my child then to me, my child is the patient. I think that is AMAZING. His staff is pretty amazing as well. I can’t say enough about the orthodontist.
