This team is phenomenal!! The orthodontist side works so hard to make sure the patient understands and feels comfortable with the decisions made. They are always on time and get their patients in and out while at the same time giving each patient all the time they need by answering every question. This is the best dentist type of experience I've ever had. My daughter goes for braces and the staff is great, the orthodontist himself is very friendly and capable, and everything is so efficient. We never wait long for anything. Highly recommend this office.

The regular pediatric side of the Dentristry DDS is pretty nice. There was awhile where there was not a pediatric dentist, which was frustrating. The office staff on the general side of the dentistry are pretty nice. Office staff on the pediatrics side has been kind of lacking and I haven’t been satisfied with their customer service. It seems when you ask them a clarifying question, they seem annoyed. They don’t seem to have a problem with smiles and looking other staff in the eye, but not when a patient is checking in. I usually have to call the general side to relay messages when they first open. The orthodontist is pretty amazing. He knows who the patient is. He said hello to her, then me. He spoke to my child then to me, my child is the patient. I think that is AMAZING. His staff is pretty amazing as well. I can’t say enough about the orthodontist.

My dental insurance covers two cleanings a year plaza.Dental does a " special" cleaning that cost me 128 out of pocket. When I asked the front desk about it, all she stated is what the dentist charges, i think the most aggravating thing about it is when they sent me a bill, it just has an amount doesnt tell you the services that were provided. I guess I'll be going back to delta dental, where they've actually just bill for a basic service and not anything special. Reading other reviews, this is a on going issue with billing, and you think they would tell you this up front. Just another to make money on the back side of my insurance

I’m very disappointed with the service and communication at this office. When my child had treatment done, we were told that the sealant procedure would be covered by our insurance. Five months later, I received a bill for $70 — with no service date, patient name, or code description listed. When I went in to ask about it, they told me that two of the sealants were not covered and that insurance never covers them. If that’s the case, why was I told at the beginning that it would be covered? I will pay the bill, but I won’t be bringing my kids back here, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to my friends. It’s frustrating when an office doesn’t communicate insurance details clearly from the start.

I would avoid this dentist office if you can. Got a filling done here, my dentist was apparently not in for the day in which they did not tell me before I got there. So they had another dentist do my filling. She looked like she came in right from lunch and rushed through my filling. This filling failed a week later of course. They attemped to fix it. That failed as well. Then my actual dentist redid the filling. This was done slightly better, but 4 months later and I am still having paint and issues with it. Once they botched the intial filling I knew there was no saving it most likely. Their response? Send me off to some other specialist to fix their mistake which will cost me thousands. Again, I would just sugguest avoiding this place, there are PLENTY of other better dental offices in the area. Plaza dental either has too many patients which causes them to rush through procedures and both them, or their dentist are just not very skilled. Either way, save yourself thousands of dollars and hours of pain and just go somewhere else.

Terrible customer service from the front desk. I called to schedule an appointment for a cleaning. The lady told me they “recommended a level 2 cleaning from a prior visit” i said i have been to multiple other dentists and no one has told me i needed that. She proceeds to tell me “that you should go back to them then because that would be insurance fraud if they didn’t do the RECOMMENDED service”. They just want more money. 10/10 trash service.
