We had soffit replacement, flat roof stones removed, pointing, protection coating applied and a few ridge tiles replaced over 3 days. Paddy turned up in professionally liveried transport (his crew also) and gave prices for refurbishment and replacement on his first visit, fully explaining the pricing, followed up with a confirmation quote and invoice on completion of the work.
The roofing guys worked hard and professionally, where courteous in answering any queries and all requests where met without complaint.
The quality of workmanship was excellent and we would highly recommend PC Facia.
We had replacement gutters, soffits & fascia boards on our bungalow, and a new flat roof on a small extension. The team worked hard, and we are very happy with the work. They cleaned up every evening, and particularly so on the final day. Patrick was very good at explaining what would be done, and made sure that we were happy with everything as the work progressed and when completed. We can recommend them highly.

Carried out work to fix a leaking roof.
The roof has continued to leak.
Replaced cement work and it fell off straight within weeks.
Repeatedly tried to arrange follow up but messages and phone calls ignored.
Eventually manged to arrnage follow up visits and remedial works carried out but the roof is still leaking and the further cement work done continues to fall off.

Found damp patch on the ceiling in days it was getting worse. looked for a roofer saw PC FASCIA LTD NOTTINGHAM IN THE EVENING POST Phoned Patrick and he came to have a look he went into the loft after a thorough examination. he told me what was needed to be done.
after having several other roofing companies for Quotes i decided to go back to speak to Patrick. I liked his Professionalism and his attitude to the job .NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE.
He was very prompt both him and his team of workmen very polite, always on time and worked all through the day never leaving the site.
The job took three days in total. The roof was completely relined and lead work done and finished to a very high Specification.
CLEAN AND TIDY ALL OLD MATERIALS /RUBBISH TAKEN AWAY.

We were very satisfied with Patrick's promptness of response to our initial enquiry and with his punctuality, the quality of the work and clearing up. Being a roofing job, I could not really see what was needed doing, and we were impressed by the constant photographic update of the state of the roof area that needed repair and what was being done to repair it. Workmen were polite and pleasant and industrious. Patrick was very attentive throughout.
