She has been nothing but professional - especially in getting back to me when I have an issue (and being not very tech-savvy, this is hugely important to me!). She has made little tutorial videos to talk me through my question - which is great - as I have them forever, and can go back and revisit if I need to. She is charming and pleasant - which also adds to the overall customer experience. Can highly recommend!!
