Lovely ornament
Daughter in law collects these so we send one each year at Christmastime. All good - and price I found on Amazon was "good" -- but unfortunately not the best. After receiving this year's crystal ornament, it became widely advertised on line for about 10% less that Amazon's price. Not worth the hassle returning, but next year I will be more observant.

I have Amazon Prime but it was delivered with postage due!! It looks like the right product but didn't come in the Standard Swarovski packaging, I'm a little confused as to what I got.

Wonderful but Fragile
My husband accidently dropped one of these on the coach and it slid to the floor. Crystal didn't shatter but one of the arms popped off from the center. I get they are crystal and are very fragile but the slide wouldn't have broken a blown glass ornament. They are lovely and should be kept in there boxes otherwise they might break.
