It’s not happening once but multiple times with me but this time it took my nerves as I bought a set of 3 ball from Kong worth Rs550 and plastic started coming out in next 10 mins.this purchase I made after their suggestion only. When I called the store they said that it’s a usage issue and we cant accept the return and they are not ready to accept that the product can also be defective.. this is really not done. I have bought multiple tennis balls in past also for my dog but never faced such issue. Even after paying a good amount for the so called brand, I regret and wasted my money and the store is not ready to resolve the issue. They just backed out by saying that the brand is not ready to accept that it’s could be product defect. But I will make sure that I or any of my friends will never buy from pawshbox again. Very poor customer support

Respected ma’am, You contacted us asking for some products that you needed. One of those products was a set of balls. You told us that since the balls you purchase tear apart quickly, you are looking for something durable. We recommended the most durable pack of balls we have, by a reupted brand. We never gave or even suggested that these balls were indestructible or we guarantee they will not break. We simply gave you an option of the strongest one we had and conveyed the same to you. We did not dismiss your issue by the least. Even before we had a conversation with you, we contacted the supplier giving them full details of the issue. They told us this is a non-refundable issue as there were no other complaints against this product, which would suggest a manufacturing defect. In our earlier sales of this product, we have received positive reviews, hence we continue to keep it. We still gave you all details (contact number, email) of the suppliers and told you we are willing to be support you for dialogue on call or email, in case you want to pick it up with them. We even shared screenshots of the conversation we had with them, in which they stated this issue is usage based and not a product defect. In your case, you told us yourself that you have been delighted with the Kong toys you have purchased in the past from us. Those worked out well for your pup, but this unfortunately did not. It is nobody’s fault that this happened but it does happen. Some products work out for our dogs, some don’t. Please understand that PawshBox is not responsible for the outcome of any product that you decide to purchase for your pet. We are simply the means through which you can purchase these products. We also state the same, on our every bill. PawshBox was started and works continuously with the purest intentions. We help and serve our customers honestly and to the best of our capacity. We will continue to do the same. 🙏🏻

Small but well stocked place. Interestingly I had called up to ask for a smaller pack of cat food. The man on the line insisted they have the larger pack only. On visiting the store the lady at the counter was sincere, she looked up her inventory on her computer and sure enough they had the smaller pack available. So there is a chance that if you ask for home delivery, they may want to send you the bigger and more expensive stuff, saying the smaller pack is unavailable. After my purchase they also encouraged me to buy further treats etc. I dont like to be pushed into making purchases really... But overall a friendly happy place/space to get your pet food from.
