Very Bad customer service. Took them 3 weeks to install a printer. The printer went down 2 weeks later. Now it only works on 1 of my stations. Blamed it on Microsoft. It would’ve been nice of them as my IT company to tell me this was coming and I would’ve stuck with the old printer. It’s always something, though and it takes a long time for them to call you back and repair the issue. I would advise against using them for pawn software.

Pacific Pawn and Cash, Portland, OR: Alex spent considerable time getting our system back up and running after some changes were made. He was very easy to work with, and above all got the problems fixed. We will be requesting him specifically for any future needs.

Have had issues with one printer for sometime. Support team worked on it and even involved CEO to help get a resolution. That's what GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE is all about! Thanks to Len and his team for getting everything fixed up.

We continue to challenge ourselves because PawnMaster Nation challenges us. This is Len Summa, CEO... I would like to thank you for the kind words.
Have had issues with one printer for 5 weeks. Was told by support team printer was the issue to replace it. I replaced it with the EXACT model number of the "defective" one. Same problem. Contacted support to have them re-look at the issue. I was now informed that since DA didn't SELL that printer any longer, they would not support it. They tried to get the MFR (Honeywell) to assist, and that was useless. No help from them either.
I have the same model printer working other stations with no issues. Seems that all DA wants me to do is buy a printer they sell, hence they will support it.
I never had issues in the past with software problems, now it appears its a way the force me into BUYING one "they" sell or i'm out of luck. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
