Hi is a very professional guy. Science I have never had experience in real estate he had explained me everything in details. I was not sure what I wanted to buy. He gave me all pros and cons about townhouse, apartment and condo and I have choose apartment and do not regret about my choice. I am really happy that i have worked with Pavel. My wife and I bought pre construction condo and can highly recommend. Pavlo always on time, answering the phone, great communication. He explains current real estate market situation and advise whats best for you. Definitely will buy our second and third (hopefully) houses with him.
