Avoid at all costs. Made an enquiry and gave my PPS number. Was told that I wasn't eligible for annual check up. When enquired with Revenue, they had made the claim on the same day of my email enquiry. Maria Gorete was the name of the person who made the false claim. PLEASE PLEASE read the low rate reviews before considering this scam of a practice.

Below is an addition to initial review in reply to business owner.
Your reply to me is simply not true. As you know, I have detailed what happened to me over the phone and I have it all in writing from the Dept of Welfare. I made my initial contact with you on October 4th asking to check my eligibility. Maria Gorete made the claim on the same day. You replied the next day to say I was not eligible and had to pay FULL AMOUNT. I know this couldn't be the case and found all the details directly from the Dept. I was only offered the service AFTER I informed you of what you had done.
Onto the service itself. I arranged to come in as early as possible (Tuesday 22) to avoid missing work time. I was 5 minutes early for my appointment (first of the day) and was left waiting for 20 minutes while your dentist did odd jobs in office completely disrespecting me and my time. The excuse I was given was he needed to park his car!! The waiting room was slightly grubby and to leave me wait was simply unprofessional. When added to the fact you had already claimed from welfare before any appointment was made or service given was the last straw and I refused the service on the spot. This is my very first review of any business or service. I always allow for someone having an off day but this is unprofessional and even worse. I am currently following up with Welfare to get my credits back and to ensure you don't try this again.

Hi David, we are sorry that you are disappointed. Unfortunately, the day when we checked your eligibility, it was under officer review. I know it's not ideal, but sometimes, welfare review is an individual case before approving their eligibility.
And we didn't refuse to provide cleaning for you. As we arrange an appointment for you before , and we still welocme you any day or time to have cleaning done.โ๏ธ

Highly recommended, had no problem getting an appointment, you can choose a time that suits you from the list of appointments on their website and reschedule if you need to.
The last appointment is 8pm and the prices are very reasonable and the staff are very friendly.
This will be my dental clinic from now on.

Had Orthodontics done by Dr. Maria Gorete, who is very passionate about her job and hugely accomodating during the challenging times of COVID19 with rescheduling appointments and hygiene protocols. There is a pay per visit option in place which is great for spreading the cost of braces๐๐. I also seen Dr. Martyna Shmaleniuk for bonding to finish off smile symmetry ๐. Both Maria and Martyna were friendly, which was great for me as a nervous patient๐๐. Dr. Hesham Noman was also very accomodating and professional looking after my general dentistry (filling/SP). Great to have all the dental professionals in one building able to communicate with ease to get the job done. Jalena on reception processed my PSRI and MED2 requests with absolutely no hassle. A++๐
