I arranged an appointment with these guys for a website design and development and the meeting went quite well. I was told I would hear back from them but after a week I need got any feedback. I chased up with them and a manager who was quite helpful told me that he would look into this and get back to me. 3 weeks went past and I still had not heard anything. When I called up again to see what was happening I was told that the email that was meant to be sent to me was still in the draft mailbox on Outlook. I am slightly dissappointed by this and left feeling like upset and in the cold. I feel if they did not want to work with me they could have just been more professional and just said it upfront instead of ignoring me and coming up with excuses. Others may have had great experiences but unfortunately my first impressions of them was not great.
