I wish there was an option for zero Star. my life was permanently ruined in This hospital by Mr. Deepak chandru..i don't know how he got his degree but Frankly speaking butcher's are better... atleast don't leave u with blotched chest. There is something called aesthetic plastic surgery stop butchering people and disfiguring them.... ( Coming from another doctor)
Very worst hospital and worst experience. We search for good hospital for my daughter delivery. Choose this hospital and called for Swathi apsani reception people told she was available. So we went there and ask appointment for Swathi apsani they gave and send us down to meet dr. My daughter met dr she didn't check just advised for scan. unfortunately we never saw Swathi apsani before. After completing of scan she met dr. She didn't ask any questions about her health and any pregnancy related complaints. Just gave Priscription and advice to come after two weeks. When we back then reception people told to someone Swathi apsani not available. Then why they didn't inform us we don't know. I have asked at reception do you have bajaj insurance.they said yes. Afterwards I went to insurance dept they said we don't have. And the third one and very worst one is next day my daughter having problem and I called to hospital around 5..30pm.they told to call emergency no. I think one DMO told to come hospital. Immediately we went to hospital that DMO saw her and told looks like miscarriage. And advice to went for scan another place after came with report she told it's aborted. Unfortunately we didn't carry pads with us . When I asked to give one pad to my daughter they said we don't have. As a hospital staff I know ICU people kept stock. I told ok I will go and bought from pharmacy then they told it was closed by 6 pm. When I paid 350 rupees they gave disposable pads. Write medicines and advise take outside.
1.they didn't told dr not available.
2.dr.not asking any questions about her pregnant complaints.
3.They didn't know which insurance they have.
Last and final pharmacy closed.
Very very worst experience and worst staff except that DMO.
I had give more stars if I had opportunity:) , extremely happy with the experience and I made a right choice for choosing the hospital for my two children. Dr Swathi helped and encouraged for normal delivery and both deliveries are normal. Thanks to entire staff, it can be understandable about waiting time for consultation (may be because Dr Swathi will be involved in all the hospital activities and she might go for emergency deliveries ) but can be improved. Overall positive experience and will recommend to all our friends.
Still these bloody people is charging 2 percent extra for card payment. Even govt and RBI encouraging for online payments still these people are charging extra. Very bad very very bad behaviour.
First of all, a big thanks to Dr Swathi Apsani, all the Duty doctors, nurses and the support staff across the departments for the support and guidance during our monthly visits, during delivery procedure and stay at the hospital. Hospital as well as rooms are very clean and hygienic and they are strictly following COVID protocols which is very much important in these times. Thanks to Madhuri ma'am from accounts team and who ever involved in processing the insurance package without any difficulties. Highly recommending the hospital for maternity related procedures.

Parvathi hospital has been my go to hospital because I was born here , and now I’m blessed with a baby girl
I had a normal delivery and it wouldn’t be possible without the staff here
Doctors and nurses dint let me lose hope even though I had given up thy wanted the best for me n kept supporting me till the last minute
I would highly recommend this hospital because even my sisters delivered here and thy had a great experience too

Clean and Hygenic hospital. Dr Swathi apsani having good exposure on patients.
All the team done very well. I had a baby boy yesterday. Thankful to all departments who supported us very well with proper guidance.
COVID precautions also hospital taking care very well. Hospital also in a cool place.
