Cant even shop without them bugging you abouy your kids and what they are doing assuming you are there to desteoy their store. Its no wonder they are locatied in a crappy area in town and tumbleweeds roll inside of how empty it is.
You are better off shopping online and paying the extra shipping and handling than dealing with these two.
They should invest in customer service classes.
Do not buy your party supplies here they are rude they sell defective balloons and they do not even correct nor replace. Complete scam artist people need to read the reviews before coming to this place it should go out of business I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau here's a copy of my receipt so you could see that I did shop here. I bought my balloons and the same day they disinflated destroyed my birthday party for my family member. Will never come back again.
I gave it a 3 only because of the great quality of the products but the overall experience was not what I expected from a party store. The staff was unprofessional and rude. Even while one of the young ladies was assisting me, one other employee kept having a side conversation with her, and made a comment that what the other lady was doing (which was helping me) was not important! As a customer I was shocked and upset. I know the business overall shouldn’t be rated as such but the customer service is not there!
muy grosero el vendedor , yo tenia un palito de tamarindo en la mano y practicamente me hecho de la tienda porque me dijo que no podia comer . Yo solo lo estaba sosteniendo . No recominedo a ninguna compañia de fiestas ir a este horrible lugar . Lástima no hay calificación de cero estrellas .
The seller was very rude, I had a tamarind stick in my hand and I practically walked out of the store because he told me I couldn't eat. I was just holding him. I do not recommend any party company to go to this horrible place.
So first the door was locked and had a sign to call a phone number because they were in the back. Then when they opened the Young lady and man in the front extremely rude. I’ve been here multiple times and I asked for a price for the big foil balloons and her response was “it’s the same as the ones up here” and I said those don’t have a price listed and she said “have you been here before?” So I said yes many, but I don’t remember the price. Then finally gave me the price. After that I walked towards the table clothes and the gentleman said the birthday balloons are over here and I said I know , am I allowed to look at the rest of the store. I ended up leaving because honestly couldn’t deal with the rudeness and tone.
My overall experience at Party Expo was positive. I would recommend it to anyone planning a party or event. Prices are competitive and the products are of great quality, the exceptional customer service and diverse inventory make it a go-to place for party supplies. Melissa has always helped me when I can't make a decision, She's the person to talk to. Kechelle has always helped me throw party's for my wife and daughters. She always knows how to formulate the start of my events. The store was clean and well-maintained. The ambiance was lively and colorful, creating a festive shopping environment.

Walked in the store and was greeted by the lady at the register, which made me feel very welcome in the moment. The items I was looking were I got them at a incredible deal compared to Party City, and with much better quality. Would most certainly recommend to anyone looking for party decor in the area !
