Best Service Ever!
Traveling to Key West with the ferry boat is cool but arriving at the terminal and leaving my luggage with Paradise Porters is luxury! I dropped off my bags and they delivered my belongings to the hotel. I had free hands and much time until checking in to my room. On the day of my departure I booked Paradise porters to pick up my luggage after checking out from my hotel and I had the whole day to stroll around town. Before departure I picked up my bags right next from where I boarded the ferry. Super friendly people, very professional. I heard that they have safely and successfully handled over 300 thousand luggages over the past decade or so! Amazing! I will user theiir service again for sure!! Highly recommended!

The old guy needs to retire!! Rude and unprofessional had a annoying laugh ….had 7 bags to check. Refused to contact Key West Historic Rentals as they advised us they would meet him at our rental to drop off bags. Said “I’m not doing that!” So for the money what do you do? Gonna leave our bags on the porch? We were not able to check into our house until 4p. So $24 (roundtrip) sorry not sorry! I think he is the owner that is why he is still employed…time to retire. Our rental place stored them for free 15.00 Uber to rental office…way cheaper! We will never recommend or use again!! Get that chip off ur shoulder!

This place left our bag unattended outside of their business without a call or a text. Our bag was sitting in the middle of the hallway, where anyone could have taken it. It was 5:12 pm, a full 18 minutes before the boat boarded. Horrible service. They work with the key west express and don’t stay open until the boat leaves at 5:30. Do not give them your business.
Ferry arrived in Key West at noon and we couldn't get into our rented condo till 4. So we dropped our luggage off @ Paradise Porters (right in ferry terminal), walked around town and had lunch. Walked back to pick up our luggage and jumped on Duval Loop Bus, stop less than a block from terminal, which dropped us less than a block from our rented condo. Was a very efficient operation with friendly helpful staff. We will use them on our next ferry trip to Key West.

Great service and so needed for travelers who need a place to store luggage on a day trip. They also deliver and pick up from hotels so you can spend your time enjoying activities with lugging the bags! Would be nice if it were promoted so new travelers to the Keys would know it was there. It simplifies so much!
