Our son has been attending Papilio Croydon for almost 12 months now and we are incredibly happy with the service we receive. The communication is open, rooms are tidy and educators are very friendly and welcoming. The learning spaces have recently had a beautiful refresh and you can really see the intention in promoting learning opportunities for the children. Our child is also a big fan of Chef Nikki’s fabulous cooking, and I know he is nourished well at the centre.

0/5 Review – Very Disappointed My child attended Papilio Early Learning Croydon for a couple of weeks in June. At the end of my daughter’s last day, I asked the centre to send her session reports so I could provide them to Centrelink. I sent many follow-up emails, but they ignored every message and never provided the reports. We are extremely disappointed with this unprofessional behaviour. This company deserves 0 stars for their lack of communication and failure to support families with essential documents. I hope they seriously improve their service.

My daughter has been attending Papilio Croydon for over a year now, From the moment I walked in, we greeted with a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff’s professionalism stood out to us. The educators at Papilio are knowledgeable and passionate. They take the time to keep me updated. My child has been thriving and I’ve noticed significant improvements in their social skills and confidence. What stands out most is the strong communication between the centre and parents. The staff regularly updates us with feedback on our child's progress and development, and I always feel well-informed about their day-to-day activities. Overall, I’m very happy with Papilio Croydon. I highly recommend the centre.

The team at papilio are fantastic, I can really see the growth and development of my daughter since she has been attending the centre. The educators are brilliant with my daughter and the management team are very knowledgeable and always have a smile on their face.

I have had my two daughters attending since this centre started. From day one staff turn over has been minimal which shows stability and a valued workplace. Our kids ador the carers with nothing but a smile on their faces upon drop off and pickup. Food is a high standard and an ever changing menu. Modern sign ins and educational programs to get the youngs ones ready for the next transition. This also include regular updates via the app every day. With a front desk regularly ready to greet family's and the kids, I couldn't wish for a better place for our kids to start their journey into education and socialising. This is the centre for a close nit community coupled with daycare.

Moving to Papilio Croydon is the best decision we made for our daughter, we have been in this centre for 3 years now. The staff and educators are absolutely incredible, they make us feel welcomed every day, they take note of every detail especially with dietary needs and creates such a safe & lovely environment for the kids. Five stars to all the staff!! Highly recommended.

I called up for information about my little Bubba starting care for the first time, as she is only 12 weeks I was quite apprehensive about her starting. Katrina was amazing on the phone, didn’t try rush me off and she took the time to answer all my questions and concerns to put me at ease which makes me feel like my little Mabel will be well looked after with care

Our little one has just started at Bluebird Croydon and we have definitely made the right choice by choosing this service. The team made us feel welcome from the moment we enrolled our child and ensured regular communication throughout this process. The educators in our child's room are incredibly passionate and are not only supportive of our child, but also us, as first time parents. They have gone above and beyond to communicate with us about our child's day which has been reassuring. We really feel like we are as much a part of our child's learning journey at this service, as our litte one is!

Beautiful daycare with an amazing team and management who genuinely care about what they do. Our child loves it there already. They have amazing resources and a commitment to achieving the highest standards of the National Quality Framework.
