We are very happy with our experience at Papilio Casey Fields. It has been the perfect place for my son to learn, grow, and feel supported every single day. The centre offers such a wide range of engaging and inclusive activities for children of all abilities and interests, and every corner is thoughtfully designed to encourage development and learning. The educators are experienced, caring, and exceptionally well trained. As a parent of a child with Type 1 Diabetes, finding a childcare centre we could fully trust was incredibly important, and the team here has given us complete peace of mind. Their knowledge, attention to detail, and confidence in managing his care have made the transition so smooth and stress-free for our family. We also absolutely love the updates through Storypark , the detailed updates, lovely photos, food logs, toilet timings, and constant communication about everything happening throughout the day make us feel so connected and reassured. The activities are always interactive and educational, including story time, sensory play, colouring, painting, block building, number activities, playdough making, muddy patch play, toilet training support, and so much more. The constant rotation of toys and activities keeps things exciting and engaging for the children, and the environment is always clean, welcoming, and full of opportunities for learning through play. A special shoutout to Beth, Kristan, Ekta, Illa and Pooja for their incredible care, kindness, and dedication. We are so grateful for everything you do!

While most of our experience was somewhat positive unfortunately I was extremely disgusted to notice on collection that my son, who is neurodivergent, was put in a room on his own by educators and the was closed without supervision. There has been no accountability and lack of communication with the impact this has taken on us and extreme disappointment that his emotional challenges were used to cover this up.

We absolutely love the warm, friendly, and safe environment provided here for kids. My daughter,Kirat Arora has been attending since she was 1.5 years old, and it's been a wonderful journey. From the moment I did a walk through I knew this centre was going to be the right choice for my son. The care that all the staff provide for my son as well as my self has been more then I ever could have asked for. They have fun activities/crafts for learning but also ties into the children’s Interests. The food is amazing and they always give extra when the kids ask, my son has 3 bowls of lunch sometimes. The rooms are clean and filled with age appropriate toys and activities. The staff listen to your parenting choices and try as hard as possible to make it work in the centre as well. I truly could not recommend this place enough

Since my daughter has started at papilio she has flourished into such a confident little girl, she’s been teaching her milestones really quickly and has become such a social butterfly, her favourite thing is seeing her friends and showing me the jumping jellybean song! The staff are absolutely amazing and keep me updated on all her activities and what she’s eaten through the day, 10/10 would recommend

I am extremely happy with the care and attention my child receives at this daycare. The teachers and educators are exceptional, not only in teaching but also in taking personal care of my child's needs. My child has learned so much in such a short period, thanks to their engaging and nurturing approach. Additionally, the staff goes above and beyond in managing my child's eczema, ensuring she is comfortable and well taken care of throughout the day. I couldn't ask for a better environment for my child to grow and learn.

Papilio Early Learning is best child care with amazing staff. My son started there two months ago in toddler room and now I can see big changes in this short period. My daughter is going to Papilio for the last few months and the support we received to settle herself in the prekinder room is really amazing and appreciative. The daycare center is amazing. Both of my sons are always happy and it's clear that they are enjoying themselves. The staff is friendly, the center is clean and safe, and the children have numerous learning activities. I have noticed tremendous changes in my kids' behavior. My daughter has been attending the service for almost two years now. Since starting with Papilio Early Learning Casey Fields, I can see her developmental milestones being met sooner than expected. The staff are friendly, caring and engaging with the children. I can see my daughter has built positive, trusting relationships with many educators and has made new friends too. In the beginning she was shy to walk in and sad when I left, but now she runs in and loves going!
