After over a year of looking for the perfect childcare for my two children aged 2 and 4 years old, I knew that I made the right decision to enrol my children to Papilio Early Learning Centre South Strathfield. The minute we entered the centre we were greeted by Yasmin who welcomed our family with a beautiful smile. She took my children and myself on a tour around the centre and introduced me to all the beautiful staff members. We had a lovely experience during a stay and play date. The educators are very accomodating to each childs needs, and constantly keeping me up to date with my childrens progress. They are always asking me if there is any personal goals that I would like them to focus on to help improve my childs development. There is always new and exciting activities for the children. My children run into the centre every morning and the educators are always happily greeting all of the children. They are very nurturing. The centre is exceptionally clean which is one something I noticed when I first entered the centre. It's definitely a warm and welcoming environment. I live rather far from the centre but am more than happy to travel the distance knowing that my children are in safe loving hands. Thank you Papilio South Strathfield for going above and beyond to make all the children feel happy and safe. Both my children have excelled since attending the centre, and this is due to the staff commitment and dedication. Papilio is not just a childcare centre for myself and my children, it has become our happy and safe place away from home. Thankyou to the AMAZING management and educators. I could not have found a better childcare.

Very friendly and responsible staff. My little one wasn't settling in other childcare , these guys helped him to settle in and calm down . I am very much thankful to the entire staff specially miss Sharmaine who is extremely gentle and patient with my child. The center is well run by the lovly ladies Yasmine and Rocelle. I would definitely recommend this place if someone is looking for a reliable place for their little one.

We happily send both our daughters here, it is outstanding quality. One has been attending since turning 1 in 2019 whilst the other has been since 4 months old recently. The teachers are brilliant, chefs are fantastic & management always attentive to ensuring the standards are high. Our eldest always comes home happy full of stories from the day’s activities with her friends.

My 3 year old has been attending for the past year and loves it. She has two little besties but they always encourage her to play with all the kids which is lovely. She has never said I don't want to go to school and skips in everyday. I don't think I have ever seen her cry once when I drop her off. My 10 month old has also just started attending three days a week in the nursery room and the staff, and especially Yasmin (The manager), has been outstanding in helping her to settle in. I ring as many times as I want to check in on her and they let me know each time how she's going, what she has eat / slept etc. They have been so honest aswell where at times she is just upset and I have collected her early. This really puts my mind me at ease to know they would never leave her too upset with adjusting to her new surroundings. It is so comforting to be able to know my two ladies are well looked after returning to work after maternity leave, it can be a nerve wrecking time but they really are fantastic - Big thanks to all the staff! x:)

Good quality early education with professional and friendly educators that are attentive, approachable and responsive to children's needs, and most importantly clean facilities! Excellent systems to ensure parent input is captured and learning personalised when relevant, and families are kept up to date on daily activities. Wonderful team to be entrusting your little ones with!

my son has been there for 8months, he enjoys the school time. teachers there are very nice and responsive, the place is big enough and have differ rooms for dinning, sleeping, yoga and so on. The most important thing is because the good environment my son is happy and healthy.

My two children absolutely love Papilio. All the staff are very friendly and were able to make the transition very smooth, the kids have settled in well and have made some amazing friends. Their prep program has been great so far and is helping to boost my daughters confidence.

My kid attended this childcare nursery class from May - December 2020. The center was going through a rebranding and many areas were being improved. The overall quality (staff, communication with parents, activity and classroom) can certainly be improved. It’s a long daycare and the staff are allocated daily which can create disruption to the children.

My 9 month old son started attending Papilio South Strathfield this year and I can see how much he loves it! The educators listen to your needs and are always happy to accommodate them. It is apparent that staff work really hard to ensure all the children's individual requirements are met. The educators and management are passionate, caring and loving, that's why my son is always happy when he comes to daycare. Management is amazing and approachable. As soon as we walk through the door, Ms Yasmin is always smiling and makes our family feel welcomed. As a first time mum, I feel at ease knowing that my son is in great care surrounded by a fun and great team. Thank you! We appreciate all your hard work.

I have been sending my son since he was around about one . Once he had changed into the toddlers area i have to say my thoughts this place is nothing but disturbing.. I have spoke with the manager the educators all at individual times about checking my sons nappy as he was coming home with a bad nappy rash .My son was attending one day a week .the few weeks my son has been left with a overflown nappy .I have arrived in the afternoons with the educators are casually sitting outside and i have had to check my son before i took him home to see if his nappy was changed . His nappy had not been changed i had to physically do this myself every afternoon that i picked him up as staff are very lazy and simply just can't be bothered .My last straw was just last week when i picked up my son with my husband and again staff were all outside and had not even bothered to changed my son's nappy since his sleep time. One of the carers saw me coming into the room she quickly jumped up and ran with my son to the bathroom to change him . I was horrified as the nappy was over flowing and he was soiled so bad that his shorts were soiled for the inside out .This would have been easy to detect but once again the sheer neglect from staff .Not only was his shorts that his was wearing all soiled,but his second pair of shorts that were shoved back into his bag were also soiled My son was screaming as he was badly burnt and could not bare the the pain of been wiped down. I am disgusted that she tried to clean him up and she wasn't even capable of cleaning him properly . Now i realised why my son was always coming home with a rash.We tried to speak to the Manager Jenifer but she was nowhere to be found nor was the second in charge Yasmin .This was all at 4pm so don't expect management to be around in the afternoons as they all have left the office and no staff came to our need . We reported this to Head office in Qld which they have never called us back .The staff at Strathfield South have never called or apologize for their abuse and neglect and i have heard that many children have left these Papillio Centers for such reasons . There staff are very young unqualified irresponsible and down right lazy . . So please my advice to anyone who is thinking of enrolling heir child do your research.I won't post pics as they are too disturbing.

My daughter has been at the centre for four months now and in the four months she has grown and learnt so much. The educators are great at what they do. Management team is also very supportive and accommodating to family circumstances.

My twins love the center and especially the teachers as soon as they arrive at the daycare they go running to there teachers with hugs . I have never seen a daycare take good care of my kids as much as papilio. My kids are learning so much that I can't teach them and I thank the teachers soo much for doing a wonderful job.

At Papilio, every child is known, valued and cared for. The workers In this childcare seem to really have a passion for what they are doing. My daughter runs into her room with excitement and hugs her educator. My daughter had no language skills or social skills when she first started at one years old, fast forward two years and she has become this confident and sociable kid. Every educator in this centre is professional and warm hearted and families can feel that they genuinely care about the children.
