Extremely disappointed with the customer service at this early learning center. I called to inquire about enrolling my child, but the staff member I spoke with was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Despite my repeated requests for clarification, she simply repeated herself without providing any explanation. It was a frustrating and unpleasant experience, and I have no desire to place my child on their waiting list after this encounter.

They bully their employees and never pay them on time.

Amazing place to work, management goes above and beyond for their staff and the team turns into a family. Highly recommend sending your children as each staff cares for the children like their own and has amazing recourses for the children to learn to their best ability.

Sorry to say affinity education services HR dept in Sydney and others are just making people fool who're interested to work in one of their service If person is working towards cert 3 and almost 80% completed why they don't give opportunity to hire them up or give a chance to perform and support in career growth. I had very bad experience my time energy all gone wasted in interview they don't even bother to give feedback about interview If affinity and their centres doesn't hire working towards then why they mention in post or bother to give a call and arrange interview It' very disturbing and I have pathetic experience

If I could give a zero score I would, the company is a massive let down! Incompetent to answer phone calls and replying to emails, be careful before you decide to enrol your children with them because clearly there’s a lot of neglect going on! They only think about the money not the kids! Very disappointing

We really like this day care. The carers are what gets this daycare a 5 star ⭐ rating. Facilities are awesome and well maintained. But the most important thing is that carers love the kids as we would ( sometimes more than that :) ) They deserve more than a pat on the back.

This childcare group is a disgrace, not only regarding the mistreatment of staff, but the lack of any care for the children. The company also told parents to leave good reviews. If you care about your child don’t enroll here.

Affinity educations centre are a disgrace. The children are not change regularly as the staff are overworked as they aren’t given appropriate breaks. The children with allergies and dietary requirements aren’t given the appropriate foods causing allergic reactions.

Affinity education bully’s employees and blame them for situations that are out of their control. They refuse to provide resources for the children within the centre making their employees feel the need to spend their own money on resources for the children to be able to have an adequate education. The rooms are left out of ratio which has result in children to get serious injuries. Employees are told they can’t have breaks as there is no one to cover them resulting in employees to go ten hours with having time off the floor away from the children which has impacted their supervision as the are tired and hungry. I would not send my children to any of affinity education centres as the children aren’t safe. When the director ask the area manager for more staff they are told that they can’t afford to pay more staff members which leave the centre to struggle to adequately care for the children. I have never worked for a company that treats their centre and employees so badly.

Working with children is a true joy – they are all so different. Affinity has supported me in my career to grow and be able to bring my passion for early education into a leadership role. I would not like to be anywhere else!

I can't say enough great things about Papilio! Sending my child here has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. From the moment we walked in for our first visit, I could feel the warm and nurturing atmosphere. The staff here is exceptional. They are not only highly qualified professionals but also genuinely caring individuals. My child has formed strong bonds with their teachers, and it's clear they genuinely care about their well-being and development.

I would give 0 starts if I could. DO NOT send your child to any of their centres. They have over charged me without any notice and have refused to refund the difference. Even their staff have high turnover which suggests a system issue.

Not been too long since I’ve joined the affinity education group and I’m already so grateful for this opportunity. In my 8 years of being an Educator, I am so glad to have found AEG. They provide free professional development opportunities which helped me to further expand my knowledge and grow my career in a positive direction.
