I have had 2 kids enrolled here. Lacking genuine care and transparency as a centre. Examples include: The food logs are often false and misleading (turns out my child was at times eating nothing but plain crackers the entire 10 hour day despite the food logs saying they ate well). ALLOWS a culture of physical fighting and bullying behaviour between kids, dismissed as “rough play” “kids being kids” “it will be worse at school”. Led to my child to dreading each day. Lack of communication and transparency when there have been outbreaks of disease (HFM, gastro, viruses, etc). Toddler was sent home in soiled clothing on multiple occasions (ie., from leaked nappies etc) even though they always had spare clothes in their locker. After constant feedback, some efforts have been made to improve, but not enough. Management needs to be more present and proactive. Staff require more education and training on childhood behaviours. Management also needs to set up processes to improve communication between educators and parents.

I would highly recommend you to enrol your children in Papilio Schofields. Amazing Staff members. Educators are so hardworking, caring and maintaining a positive environment around children. My daughter is fortunate to be part of it.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service at this early learning center. I called to inquire about enrolling my child, but the staff member I spoke with was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Despite my repeated requests for clarification, she simply repeated herself without providing any explanation. It was a frustrating and unpleasant experience, and I have no desire to place my child on their waiting list after this encounter.

If I could give a zero score I would, the company is a massive let down! Incompetent to answer phone calls and replying to emails, be careful before you decide to enrol your children with them because clearly there’s a lot of neglect going on! They only think about the money not the kids! Very disappointing

We really like this day care. The carers are what gets this daycare a 5 star ⭐ rating. Facilities are awesome and well maintained. But the most important thing is that carers love the kids as we would ( sometimes more than that :) ) They deserve more than a pat on the back.

Affinity educations centre are a disgrace. The children are not change regularly as the staff are overworked as they aren’t given appropriate breaks. The children with allergies and dietary requirements aren’t given the appropriate foods causing allergic reactions.

I can't say enough great things about Papilio! Sending my child here has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. I would give 0 starts if I could. DO NOT send your child to any of their centres. They have over charged me without any notice and have refused to refund the difference. Even their staff have high turnover which suggests a system issue.

So far I have had a great experience with obtaining my studies with Affinity. I have recently completed my cert 3 with Affinity and I am just starting my Diploma. During my cert 3 I was given lots of support. If I had a question it would be answered immediately in a way that best suited my style of learning. Although I had a few issues getting signed up due to back ups with the department, I was updated throughout the whole process so I was able to keep on track of my studies. Affinity recognise career progression and congratulation students on their hard work by acknowledging their efforts on SAPJAM such as awarding “Student of the Month”. My personal experience of this is from going from a trainee to a Leading Educator due to my ability to access resources and information to further improve my knowledge whilest completely assignments

As any new mom who handed over her precious baby to the childcare, I was constantly worried about how my baby would settle in. After couple of months, I can definitely say that this childcare has amazing educators, programs & activities. My baby just loves her educators and now enjoys socialising with her friends. Thank you to the wonderful educators at Papilio Schofields nursery who care so well for my 1 year old. Although it’s very hard for both my kid and us parents at the drop off, the educators make sure to cheer him up and he enjoys his time at the facility. Each day is different and it’s amazing to see children so small being taken through such experiences! I cannot compare with other providers as this is the first time for me and my Bub at a daycare facility. But I’m very happy with the experience so far and would recommend them to anyone. I feel my kid is at a safe and happy place while he is away from us!
