Thank you for taking such wonderful care of Ian and Yumi since February. They have grown and learned so much with the support of all the educators, and they carry many warm and happy memories from their time at the centre. For Yumi, I would like to express our special gratitude to Ms Eva and Dani. Thank you for your patience, your understanding of her language barrier, and for trying different ways to help her join the playgroup. Your gentle support made a big difference for her. For Ian, he has always been happy and excited to go to the centre each day. Thank you to Ms Lana and Prakritee for your care, kindness, and encouragement. He has felt safe, supported, and truly enjoyed his time with you. We also want to thank the educators who speak Mandarin, especially Penny and Janice. Your help made it much easier for my wife and me to understand the centre’s processes, and we are truly grateful for the extra support. We sincerely appreciate that the centre has such thoughtful and inclusive staff. Finally, thank you, Roisin. Your support with enrolments, CCS, and all the administrative processes has saved us so much time and stress. We are very grateful for everything you have done for our family. My child has been cared for at Papilio Rosebery for almost a year, since he was 2.5 years old. From the first day, the educators have been so warm, approachable, and very attentive. The centre director is also very approachable and passionate about early childhood education. My child has made wonderful friends and shared countless stories about his days at the centre. He has created many cherished memories and has grown into a confident child. I'm truly grateful for the role Papilio has played in nurturing my child's growth and development. Thank you Papilio team! I would highly recommend this centre to any family looking for excellent daycare, a school readiness program, and early childhood education in general.

My son has been attending Papillio for around 4 years now and my 6 month old will join him when I return to work later this year. Papillio’s facilities are clean and spacious. My son especially loves the centre’s outdoor play area, which is filled with age appropriate play equipment. In addition to delivering fun and creative programming, Papillio’s educators are warm and caring. They create a safe and nurturing environment which has allowed my son to thrive. The centre’s manager, Roisin, goes the extra mile to help meet parents’ and kids’ needs alike. She is lovely and approachable and always responsive to any (minor) concerns I raise. My son adores her. Leaving your little ones in someone else’s care is hard; you wonder if they’ll get the level of love, support and attention you want for them. The caring, nurturing environment at Papillio gives me peace of mind that my son is in good hands.

Our experience with Papilio Rosebery has been outstanding. We have been sending our child since before they turned 1 (now graduated and started Kindy) and we couldn’t be happier with the care provided. The Centre Manager, Roisin is exceptional. Best daycare you can have you kids at! My daughter was in the nursery from 11- 20 months (only left since we moved interstate). From day 1 the educators really went above an beyond to make sure my girl is settled in her pace, were attentive to her individual needs and gave her so much love and care. My girl really thrived in Papilio, learnt new skills daily and was so happy. I trusted the team completely, and now when I moved to another state I already pulled my girl out of 2 daycayas they didn't provide the level of care we are used to from our time in Papilio.

We had an excellent experience with Papilio Rosebery. All of the staff are incredibly caring and supportive and our daughter loved her time there. WE WONT GO Bk TO THEM ANYMORE. We went there for two days and our baby sick and stay in hospital for 3 weeks (they charged us more than $1500, no refundable). 1st day we went for 2 hours, and saw a girl had running nose, cough, and yellow discharge from her eyes, and looks very sick, after we left, we asked the staff over the phone what their policy on sending sick kid back home, the educator who picked up the phone couldn’t give a clear answer, we start to question if this centre is right place for our baby. Thought give one more try, then next day, our kid came back with 100% the same symptom as the sick girl. And since then our baby been sick in hospital for 3 weeks. If the staff/educator been trained well, they should sent the sick kid back home, instead of spared the sickness around. WE WONT GO Bk TO THEM ANYMORE. If you don’t want your kid come back home with serious sickness, maybe try other centre. However the director Roisin was very honest and reasonable person.

We have no words to express how thankful we are for Papilio Rosebery! Our girls attended the centre (one of them for 3+ years) and were always more than happy with the centre and the educators. Warm environment, plenty of activities for the kids to learn and develop while playing. Educators are so caring and loving and we could see the lovely connection they built with our kids. Changing daycare due to moving, otherwise we would stick to Papilio Rosebery!

Our little boy stayed at Papilio a few months and he absolutely loved it. The educators took such good care of him and he especially enjoyed the very creative activities every day. Papilio Rosebery is amazing! My kids have been going there from a young age and love it. There are no words to describe how exceptional the management and educators are. I go to work at ease knowing they are happy and well looked after. No two days days are the same, there is something fun and different planned each day. My kids have come on leaps and bounds.
