Your team who handles instagram has zero courtesy and communication skills. If a potential customer is enquiring about a product, please understand that they might be interested and hence they are asking for the price of a product. Your team was extremely rude and if this is how they want to communicate with customers, you will lose customer base even before making it. I have sent you an email with the screenshots of the rude conversation, hope you have the courtesy to check and respond.
