The item I needed was out of stock in medium so a large one was resized and delivered to me the next day. Add more colours to your range of scrubs and you will outdo your competitors!
To just obtain a simple quote is horrendous, spelling mistakes, sizes wrong, NO customer service, emails and whats app messages contradicting, delivery charges extremely high and still not resolved, this has been going on for 2 full days now, can the MD give me their number, your internet site NOT working at all, this is shocking how you conduct business!

Pansula Workwear used to be my go-to for workwear, but the excellent service I once received is now nonexistent. After experiencing very poor service in March 2024, I left a negative yet honest review. Pansula Workwear contacted me, apologized, and asked me to amend my review, promising to send a quote. The quote was sent, and I immediately called to ask for the delivery fee to be included. That was the last I heard from them. Despite sending an email requesting the same, I received no response. I have now decided to purchase from another supplier and will not be amending my review this time.
