Absolutely appalling : Reluctant bad review but I felt I had no alternative. We have used this company several times over the years, not only that we have also recommended them to friends and family. It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review and on this occasion I have been left with no alternative. We had arranged to have blinds fitted in the living room and in the bedroom at a cost of £200. The blinds were scheduled to be fitted on Thursday the 13th of June and after staying in for the fitter to arrive it never happened, he failed to appear, we had to chase the fitter all through the following day and he eventually arrived early evening on Friday the 14th,a day late, but at least he arrived eventually. Things got no better because he had the wrong coloured blinds, a cream colour rather than the ordered grey, Because it had taken so long to get the fitter here we said we would stick with the cream blinds, despite them not being what we ordered. The fitter fit a new rail to the existing brackets because he had no fixing brackets with him, then went on to say that he would have to come back on another day to finish as he had no weight or safety clip which he said are required to keep the cords tight. We paid him £200 and that's it,he never ever returned. We did chase up the company on a few occasions and we were told that the fitter who came to our house has been sacked due to numerous complaints, we were promised a new fitter would come to rectify this, and on two seperate occasions we again stayed in and again no fitter came, every time we open the blinds we have cord that drops right down in front of the window and it looks absolutely ridiculous and identifies poor workmanship, it now seems like we have been fleeced for £200 and that they have no intention of rectifying this, not now they have been paid,on our last communication we asked if they could post out the missing items, the weight and the safety clip and that I would fix it myself, they promised they would do this, but guess what. Not sure what has happened here but you need to avoid this company at all costs, they will take your money and leave you with a dangerous mess.

I'm delighted with my venetian blinds customer service was excellent right through from terry calling to do measure and quote and steve fitting them I would 100% recommend pandora to family and friends great product and brilliant team of lads. Thankyou guys S Driscoll
