☺De inrichting was erg mooi heel compleet en heel erg schoon. De locatie is als uitgangspunt geweldig. Je stapt zo het centrum van Valencia in op loopafstand van mooie bezienswaardigheden.
☹De ligging is ook de valkuil omdat vlakbij het appartement uitgaansgelegenheden zijn waar het tot zeker vier uur ‘s nachts lawaai is. Neem dus wel oordopjes mee.
Large apartment, great location.
☺A very large and comfortable apartment in the heart of the Old Town. The apartment was clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed for our stay. There is a large balcony to enjoy your morning tea.The location was perfect within easy walking distance to the Cathedral, market and silk exchange . Numerous bars, restraunts and shops were on the doorstep. It was easy to walk to the train station with our small cases as it is mostly pedestrianised .
☺De ligging is goed! Appartement is groot genoeg voor 4 personen, alles is aanwezig!
☹We hadden een aantal keren geen warm water… en het aantal handdoeken zou voor een 4 daags verblijf meer mogen zijn.

☺Sehr schöne und zentrale Unterkunft. Es hat alles super geklappt und wir wurden sehr gut und rechtzeitig über Check-in und Check-out informiert. Unsere Wohnung war sogar früher bezugsbereit. Betten und Ausstattung genau wie auf den Bildern. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Was man vielleicht sagen muss, dass die Gassen sehr lebhaft und laut bis in die frühen Morgenstunden sind. Wir wurden darüber im Voraus informiert und nahmen das in Kauf, von dem her waren wir nicht überrascht.

Fantastische ligging in hartje centrum Valencia, met zeker wel wat aandachtspunten ter verbetering
☺Het was een prachtige locatie, in hartje centrum. Overal dichtbij. Het complex was qua uiterlijk erg aantrekkelijk. Ook nog eens vlakbij het vliegveld. Voldoende slaapplaatsen. De airco was top. Fijn dat er 2 badkamers waren.
☹Veel geluid van de buren, met name stromend water (douchen of wc doorspoelen) in de late uurtjes. Vooraf was bekend dat er "overlast" zou zijn vanuit de omgeving, omdat je in een bruisende omgeving zat, dus dat was bekend. De WIFI was super traag en viel telkens uit. Op de foto's bij Booking.Com werd de illusie gewekt dat er een volwaardig balkon of dakterras bij zat, dit bleek niet zo te zijn.

Sleepless in Valencia
☺Liked the space and facilities of apartment. Had an issue with the showers but it was rectified quickly by Jonathan at reception.
☹Definitely did not like the location beside Radio City, open till 4am every night of the week. It was mentioned that there are bars/restaurants around the property and we knew this before arriving, but a live music venue that finishes at 4am every night was not expected. From midnight till at least 4.30am we were listening to people shouting, screaming and singing in the streets while entering and leaving the venue. Because the property is on a corner it wouldnt have mattered if we changed room or not. A pity because the property was convenient for the old town but the lack of sleep doesnt make up for it.

Ga hier nooit meer boeken
☺De centrale ligging in het oude centrum is prima, luidruchtig maar ok. Als je niet tegen herrie van een stad kunt, niet boeken.
☹Het sanitair kan echt niet, zo klein, om in de kleine douchecabine te stappen heb je ongeveer 70 cm. Is klein dus, erin ook. Geen airco in 2e slaapkamer, in 1e slaapkamer wel airco maar oud en oude afstandsbediening waar niet uit te komen is. Bedden zijn hard. Geen conform in de woonkamer, bank zak je echt weg, eettafel lage oncomfortabele stoelen. (Ik ben 175cm) dus dat valt mee. Geen echt balkon, je kunt er staan daar is alles mee gezegd en op de 1e verdieping kijk iedereen je vanaf de grond aan 😀. Kortom ik zal hier een volgende keer niet meer boeken maar kiezen voor meer comfort en toch nettere locatie in València. Was niet echt goedkoop half september 2026 € 1028,-- voor 6 nachten. Appartement voor eigenlijk maximaal 2 personen.
We are sorry to read that your experience was not good Clancy. However, since your review contains several inaccuracies, we feel compelled to properly clarify the matter. To start with, the apartment has a maximum room for 4 people and not for 2 only, as it has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well. About the remote of the aircon, it works correctly and we believe to be perfectly intuitive, as none of our other guests has never complaint about this before, not to mention that the aircon is one of the newest we have and is not old at all. We would also like to point out that you don't sink in when sitting on the sofa (we’ve tested this personally) and that the chairs are not low at all (and I say this from personal experience, as I am also 175 cm tall). Finally, the balcony is indeed there, though we regret that it was not to your liking. Kind regards, Palau de Palomar staff.
