As you mention, the parking places need previous reservation, so it exists the the possibility that once you arrive to the accommodation and have not mentioned this you have to go to a different parking, as unfortunately happened. We are sorry that your experience was not as expected and that we did not meet your expectations as an accommodation. Certainly, we are sure that we will be able to improve in many aspects, Ayse. However, there are several inaccuracies in your review that we feel obliged to clarify, since some of them are half-truths that only show your point of view of the matter. Regarding the noise, we are very sorry for your experience, but on our booking page (where you made the reservation) the following information is CLEARLY shown: 'This property is located in a busy area and guests may experience noise'; therefore, the information that there could be noise from outside of the accommodation was shown in advance. In this information, it is also specified that attention hours finish at 9:00 p.m., so we were not able to respond to the request for the extra sheets until the next morning, when the sheets WERE left in the two-bedroom apartment. Likewise, you tell us that you had MANY bugs in both apartments, which we respect and do not doubt, but it is very surprising to us that the cleaning staff did not detect a single sign of insects during the exhaustive cleaning of both apartments, and we also find highly strange that this complaint about insects came hours after checking out, and never during your stay, neither in person at reception nor by message. Finally, we suspect that both the score and the review that you have left are both due to the fact that we have not accepted the 'deal' (and ‘deal’ is not exactly the word I was thinking about) that you proposed to us in your last message several hours after checkout, telling us that if we did not agree to a refund, you were going to leave us a very bad review, which is what finally happened and what we respect, since at Palomar Group we defend the freedom of speech of our guests, but we also condemn without any hesitation that they threaten us to get something in exchange and we will never accept this type of behaviour either. As a final advice and given that you tried to change apartments several times an hour before your arrival (even though the cancellation policy did not allow it), we strongly recommend you that next time you carefully read the conditions and characteristics of the place you are going to book, so that in this way you do not find an accommodation that does not meet your expectations, despite having been properly prepared and having given you everything that was offered to you from the beginning.
