This was my first visit to this facility, the staff and Dr were all amazing. They all listened to my concerns and did there best to answer them as thoroughly as possible. If you are looking for a female dr this if the right place for you. I would highly recommend palm medical group in high springs Florida.
The facility was excellent. Everyone involved and assisting me or five star quality people. I’m really glad I found you and I Look forward to the years ahead thanks for a wonderful visit

My visit was smooth and pleasant. APRN Krystal is very nice as well as the other nurses. Very clean and attractive environment. Recommend.

PMG is the best medical facility I've seen in 14 States! And that's over the last 30 years!!!!👍👌😎🆗

Great staff and wonderful experience. Veronica McNichols, APRN is a very professional provider giving high quality service. She invested a great deal of time with me discussing my health and preventive care. I highly recommend her and the High Springs Palm Medical Group
