I'm not sure it's fair to judge the entire service based on just one dish, especially since this was a complimentary dinner hosted by a financial company during a seminar, but I do feel it's fair to provide honest feedback. Unfortunately, the steak my husband had was one of the worst he's ever experienced. It wasn’t tender or juicy, and the accompanying potatoes and peas were also dry and not to our taste. My salmon, on the other hand, was decent. Given the restaurant’s long-standing reputation, we expected a better overall experience.

We decided to use our gift card on an early dinner which meant the place was quiet. Our server showed us to a booth overlooking the patio. First up, a summer old fashioned. A delightful blend of bourbon and peach-perfect blend of intense bourbon but summery peach flavors. The house salad and dressing was fresh with great pieces of lettuce using more than the ribs of romaine so that was a huge plus. The creamy Dijon dressing was some of the best I’ve had. Unfortunately, my steak was burned on the outside but really rare on the inside. I was able to cut it in half and salvage it but the Blackhawk butter was burned. The twice baked potato was okay but not exactly how it was described on the menu. It needed the bacon and some seasoning.
Our server was very sweet and attentive making the visit very enjoyable.

We celebrated our 25 anniversary in this fin r dinning restaurant.
Waitress Brianna is amazing and the management are understanding and accommodating. The food is good, the atmosphere is decent, and the prices are acceptable.
I am giving this place 5 stars because of the way the manager handled a little menu related issue we faced. Full was very professional and accommodating.
I’ll be back again for sure

Just left a late lunch with my mother at Palm Court and had a an awful experience.
Soup, not hot at all..coffee, bitter…burgers, absolutely disgusting. Greasy bun with beef grease on top on with raw, un-toasted butter on the bottom, a clearly fried and unseasoned burger, ordered medium but came out well done..tasted like raw beef formed into a puck.
The decor, charming to some but i felt it was dated..very dated.
Our table was black and you could see the wipe marks from the wet towel throughout..table next to was dirty and unattended for at least 25 minutes, which was not pleasant to look at while ‘fine dining’. The walls are marked up.
Our waitress, Nancy, was just a peach. She came off as rude. Cut off my mother or myself when we spoke of menu items we had questions about. But what did it for me is that she was talking to me but facing another direction. I thought that was odd and bad business for a server. Its almost.
Nancy, here is a tip: its time to retire. You failed at providing any type of good service. I feel bad for you because you seemed absolutely miserable. However, this was my first experience here and you were awful. Go home, get some sleep, come back to work when you muster up enough goodwill to care about what youre doing. That service was embarrassing. I served tables for 10+ years and i get how hard it can be, especially for someone your age. So despite the fact that I feel bad for you..you sucked, the food sucked, sorry..you literally have compelled this review into existence.
To the owner: the parking lot is in disrepair, the trash is open as if the door to your kitchen. Question: when are you selling to the next potential owner or closing? You should care more too. This place is disappointing and disgusting.

My 2nd visit last night. I guarantee NO 3rd time. 1st time ordered lambchops.so tough, almost broke steak knife trying 2 cut meat. Ordered liver last night, again dry and tough. Took the liver home and threw it in the trash. What good is a beautiful decor and great service if the food is lousy? I remember when the food was excellent!

The food was excellent , as usual and our server, William, was very personable and charismatic. We had the prime rib, regular cut, and branzino, which was a special. The prime rib was tender, not too fatty or rich. The branzino was one of the better I’ve had. Plenty juicy. Would recommend both.
