It is not often that I feel compelled to give someone a review, but Luis went above and beyond. The workmanship of our garage floor was wonderful, everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable, but what really stuck out was Luis’ customer service. When the crew got stuck at a job and I needed help moving a peloton and fridge back into the garage, he personally met me at my house and did it. I asked him, if this was part of their services, and he said “not really.” I wanted to write this because I hope someone sees this and promotes the man or gives him a raise or a gold star. I will be recommending this company to every one! I only wish I could give him and the rest of the crew 10 out of 5 stars!
My experience with Palm Beach Epoxy was exceptional from meeting with their representative, Luis, to completing the job on time as proposed. The office made certain we were prepared. The crew arrived on time. The crew was careful, friendly, and conscientious. And, the work was performed beautifully. I am happy to recommend them.
Great experience all around. They gave a great walk through of the process and flooring options for my garage floor. They came out to look and finalize a quote they gave over the phone. Amazing process (epoxy) completed in less than a full day, great communication leading up to execution, and easy online payment. The finished product looks fantastic. They even helped me move a big shelving unit out of my garage before getting started. These guys are great. I’m considering having them install their marbled concrete flooring elsewhere in my home so definitely would recommend and use them again!

I want to share my experiences with the "Palm Beach Epoxy" company. This past week we had just under 700 sq. ft. of patio/screen porch done. The sales person had prior given us a step by step as to how this is put down. The men showed up on schedule and went right to work. We had some areas in the cement that needed some patch work, without so much as a question it was taken care of. These 3 young men, clean cut, respectful and with an unbelievable work ethic worked all day without so much as a "look at their phone" break. I am giving them a 10+ rating even though it only goes to 5. You won't be disappointed with this company!
