Worst Experience My daughter and I both got these frames with changeable toppers, at FYIDOCTORS and was told we could order direct from pair Eyewear, so I did Jan 21, and I ordered a topper for Valentine's fun others for when I work with kids at a school. It's Feb 10 and nothing!! I have chatted emailed only to be told they will be shipped in 5 days they were doing inventory, after 5 days nothing I reached out again dame thing then I again advised I needed for Valentine's was assured I would get before Valentine's and given a $5.00 coupon!?!? It's the 10th and I have a shipping confirmation that says its coming for 17th!!! AFTER VALENTINE'S! I emailed sending a screen shot to which the reply was like they never read my email and told me my base frames we delayed and sorry for the delay, I NEVER ORDERED BASE FRAME! I have some ideas just ordered toppers which now I regret! And no compensation offered for at least the Valentine's toppers NOTHING! Don't order from them save your money! I wish I looked up reviews first!

Do not order! They'll try to charge you more later! Company misrepresent themselves. Misses deadlines and tries to charge more after taking your money. I have been waiting for glasses for almost a month. They estimate they won't be done for another 10 days. They tried to charge me an additional 25% after I placed and paid for the order. Customer service will not help. Good luck if you order with them. Frustrated and disappointed with the whole experience. Would provide a photo but I still don't have any glasses but they sure have my money!!

Scam be careful... I bought a pair of glasses and frames which were meant to be polarized, but they are not. Emailed and tried to call but no one replies back to anything. I think this is a scam now.

Such a scam! I ordered 2 different pairs of glasses back in November. One was completed and shipped within 2 weeks. There was no indication as to the status of the second pair so I called them - the person admitted it was an oversight, they would be done by end of week and shipped out the following week. Called back 2 weeks later and was advised they were about to be shipped. I got that line each time I called or emailed afterwards. On Dec 18th they sent me a tracking # for the glasses. As of the end of December, no updates on the tracking number and same company line from Pair. I emailed requests to cancel that part of the order - interestingly, those emails never received a response. I finally called today Jan 6th and asked them to cancel that part of the order. The customer service person claimed that my glasses were lost in transit to which I responded that was a lie as there was no movement on the tracking # since it was created! They offered to replace the frames or credit me, I took the credit (they said would take 5-7 business days btw). Very disappointed. Buyers...beware!

Do not purchase a pair eyewear !I have a pair and my prescription changed and they will not put new lenses in my glasses. I was not asking for free but they said I need a whole new pair. This is crazy!I will post reviews and warn everyone.Sorry, cool concept but zero customer service.:(

Took nearly $300 from me before telling me about a week later that their lens lab is incapable of filling a prescription my strength. Any reputable company would provide a disclaimer about what they are capable of providing in a lens strength…there have been several other glasses vendors I knew I couldn’t buy from BEFORE they accepted my money They are now offering me the glasses as nonprescription to “allow me toget lenses put in elsewhere.” Ha. If I wanted to do that, I wouldn’t have let someone basically steal from me first. I have screenshots of the email I received from someone named “Jay” and one of my response telling them I regret doing business with them.

I purchased glasses in July 2024 after the 30 day warranty expired the cat eye glasses started to get a few cracks in the corners. They cracked all the way across but since it was out of the warranty period they won’t do anything. I do not recommend buying these. They were expensive and were unwearable within a couple of months.

I ordered progressive lenses with base frame, two toppers and sunglass topper...toppers will not even stay attached, they fall off if you lean forward or if wind blows. The ** has never been right, I kept thinking that I would adjust, But NO , they are not working for me. The reader portion and the distance portion are neither one correct. They had my ** from my DR and also my measurement from my DR. VERY disappointing!! I spent almost $500 and all money wasted. I do not recommend this company at all. Very hard to even find contact number for customer service. It took forever for them to arrive. Never showed up when it said they were to be here. VERY UNHAPPY

I'm stunned at the low rating for Pair Eyewear. I bought a base with plain lenses and had my optometrist put in my newest prescription of progressive bifocals, etc. The base frame is perfect. I've bought 4 toppers including two sun toppers from Pair and they've all been perfect. The images are crisp and are just as shown on their website. If you look at Reddit's r/paireyewear forum, there are hundreds if not thousands of people who are thrilled with their glasses and always looking for 3rd party vendors with more toppers. Some people are branching out and there's a whole cottage industry of people making toppers and selling DIY materials so more people can make toppers. This wouldn't happen without Pair Eyewear making super base frames and making glasses. I researched it to the hilt and most people who have a prescription that doesn't require progressive bifocals or something else extreme are happy with the lenses they get with their Pair Eyewear glasses.

DONT ORDER FROM THEM. You pay ***** for expedited shipping but they do not tell you how lone it will take. The website says 4-7 buisness days but in the phone they say 5 -14. Thye double it and will do nothing about it. They are crooks and will take your money for nothing.

I spent several 100s of dollars of pair glasses and toppers in a few short months. Their sun toppers are made of very cheap plastics and scratch easily even in the best of circumstances. It takes them a week to answer an email and of course they are not willing to exchange or refund. I am done

I have had nothing but excellent customer service from this company. I ordered the first frames.Didn't like the fit.It was an easy return.They sent me new frames. My prescription was for bifocals.They don't do by focus so I had to order their no line bifocals. Discovered I can't do no line bifocals. They nauseate me. Attempted to return the eyeglasses and was told no just take them to your regular eye doctor and have them put your prescription in them. Then they refunded me the cost of my lenses.

From having the virtual try on before you purchase, to the variety of frame shapes, getting my prescription spot on the first time, customer service was impeccable, and the hundreds of top frames you have to choose from-everything was fantastic! They have a customer for life!

I love my Pair glasses and I would give them 5 stars if I could. My problem with the glasses is the magnet that holds the new frames on isn't strong enough. It is way to easy for the frames to pop off. It's frustrating. Don't bump your glasses or wear them on a windy day.I just sent them an email about this issue and I'm waiting for their response.

I read reviews, followed the hype but have been disappointed to say the least!!I have been waiting a week after I ordered for my eye doctor ********** Best) to provide my prescription to Pair to no avail. **** stated they haven't received the prescription, America's stated they have tried to fax the prescription to no avail. They both blame the other. I have already PAID for the glasses! I followed up with both companies, again, they blame each other. Ultimately, I have asked to cancel my order, refund my money and tell them both to bug off!
