The staff at the Paint Store is always great but I want to comment in particular this time about Shayna’s help. I had an old lead painted slate fireplace I wanted to cover. Not an easy process and ended up with 3 coats of special primer and 3 coats of paint. Shayna did all the research on her own time about what products to use and in what order, and even recommended a primer product her store didn’t carry but CT did. Absolutely outstanding service. As an addendum, I was in today again (a few weeks later) on a mission to save some old paint for touch-ups. Shayna happened to be working again. The old container had rusted out and the paint was clumping. She determined the paint had not gone bad yet, strained the old paint into a new container, put it through the shaker, printed a new label, and sent me happily on my way. Absolutely great service!

Mary Lynn is one of the most knowledgeable individuals that I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with her in field. She knows her product line inside and out. She listens to her customer needs, makes the proper suggestions ensuring that the customer is comfortable and secure with the products they need. I know this for a fact because it's been a personal experience of mine, always left with proper products that I've required for my projects never having to return a product and last week was a prime example when I needed to match an old stain on my decks. She is such a pleasure to deal with, I love going to this store because of her, I just wish I wasn't 3000 miles away for most of the year when I've needed her assistance. Keep up the job excellence Mary-Lynn, great customer service....the best actually! Thank-you!

Lady at the desk.Very rude didn't seem to have much knowledge of the paint industry either. I suggest. Everyone stay clear of the store. Sad to think the store wants to point the finger at everybody.Else saying it's their fault when.In fact, it was the stores fault.Anyway, I spoke to some higher ups but they said they were gonna fix the review but clearly they didn't.Anyway , my review stands.

Emily came my parents' house to do a color consult and was so helpful! She had great ideas for colors and was extremely friendly and attentive. We've been visiting this Benjamin Moore store for more than 20 years and it continues to be an excellent experience.
