Rogue Trader I am very surprised that Andy conducts his business in the very unprofessional manner he does. We had an agreement in place after he had reviewed the plans and sent me a quotation for the works required. After confirming the quotes would take a week, some 3 days overdue he then decide to tell me that he can’t carry out the works due to various pathetic reasons. You have left me in a very difficult situation now as my tenders are due by the end of the week and they won't be handed in on time which is totally unprofessional. Please who ever reads this, stay well clear of this rogue trader who doesn't even have the decency to pick up the phone when you try to call him. Gutless and unprofessional. 0/10 STAY AWAY

For domestic work avoid! I asked Andy to produce a cost report for me for a large domestic extension. The first report he produced had errors throughout and was clearly generated by a program with no checking before being sent out, when i contacted him he produced a second report but this also had obvious errors with it. I asked Andy to resolve these but he said they were design issues and for me to stop wasting his time. Hopefully this review helps others wasting time and money.
