The person who runs the padel courts named Sira is so rude it is unbelievable.
How she speaks and treats paying customers is a disgrace. Padel project UK need to be made aware of this and employ someone to run it properly and professionally.
She should not be in this role as she has zero people skills and has no respect for the paying customers.
We use to drive to the venue about 45 minutes away from our homes & if it is hammering it down you virtually have to beg her for a refund or she simply says 'no' even if horrific rain and gale force winds, she will still say it is still playable....
We no longer play here solely because of her. We all love padel but how she made us feel and the horrible manner in which she speaks and the way she treats people she should be ashamed & disgusted with herself.
This is an honest and truthful review.
I booked a 90-minute court and paid to rent padel rackets for my brother via Playtomic. When we arrived, there was no staff on site and the rackets were locked away. We called every contact number listed on The Padel Project’s website and there was no answer from anyone.
This was a complete waste of time and money. The bare minimum I expect is the ability to contact someone during operational hours, especially when you’ve already taken payment.
Unacceptable customer service. I won’t be booking again.
