First time at iberostar cancun and we are having a great time! The entertainment team especially Alex and Ruben have made us feel very welcome and there is always something to do. I am gluten free and the waiting staff have always prioritised my allergies which is great.

Very great place to come relax and have a good time. Good atmosphere all day at the pool and great beach to swim in. Can’t wait to come back.

The entertainment team was amazing especially my new son Edgar! lol Definitely recommend the resort for the entertainment team alone! Thanks for a great time at coral level!!

The hotel is very nice, we enjoyed our stay from the beginning to the end, pools and beachfront are really beautiful, the buffet and drinks are very diversified and great ! Overall one of the best hotels we tried so far in Cancun ! The only problem was our room that was very far away from everything, and we asked to move but they said we didn’t deserve another room without extra fees…

Had an amazing time at Selection Cancun. Love Gabriel and Edgar with the games each morning!! They were very friendly! Veronica in the lounge area was amazing! Only complaint is how hot the lounge and the rooms get. When you try to turn down the AC in the rooms it just moves back up to a higher temperature immediately. Must be controlled by management.

My boyfriend and I stayed here a year ago. One of our favorite trips ! Was just reading some reviews and decided I would share our experience. To anyone worried about dinner reservations, we reserved our spots when we arrived with the friendly staff attending the desks. The food was delicious we had ceviche almost every day at the pool and dinners were great as well. The buffet had everything under the sun and the service was excellent. We loved walking the beachfront in the mornings. We took one dinner to eat downtown and we got a cab ordered for us at the hotel which was perfect ! Thank you Hilton!

Muy amables todos en el hotel en especial los chicos de entretenimiento como Adán, Adrián y Valeria

Las habitaciones y todo el hotel se ven viejo y sin mantenimiento, me imagino al personal malabareando para cumplir aunque sea un poco con lo que el hotel promete y no cumple! Los elevadores solo sirven algunos, tenemos que bajar escaleras y luego subir al nivel del lobby, ya el sábado nos vamos y no hemos podido cenar ni en Toro, ni en el Ciao, porque las filas son largas y tardadas, e incluso en una ocasión nos dijeron que ya no había disponibilidad, aunque llegamos a horas que anuncian con servicio! Creo que este hotel necesita urgentemente ser remodelado, pensando en cubrir lo que ofrecen, porque a mi familia y a mí nos quedaron a deber ! Y mucho NO LO RECOMIENDO!! Espero que quienes están viendo donde hospedarse sigan mi consejo y no se hospeden aquí, porque verán sus vacaciones arruinadas

Un lugar muy lindo. Con una vista hacia el mar preciosa. La comida muy rica. Los del equipo de entretenimiento son muy amables. Excelente ambiente y atención. Recomiendo 100%

El equipo de entretenimiento es genial y muy divertido, en especial Keyla fue atenta y nos motivaba a jugar.
