I was referred to Packard Law firm after my daughter was involved in a car accident that was not her fault. Two weeks after the accident she was still in severe pain with her knee and was having trouble coping with the trauma of the accident. A friend recommended that I talk to Brent Packard and I am so glad that I did. He listened to all that had happened and within 24 hours I was contacted by his legal assistant Alexandra who guided us through the paperwork, and helped set up the first appointments. I sincerely apologize for the error we made when we drafted the retainer agreement. First impressions are crucial, and I am sorry that we started things off like this.
Please rest assured that nobody’s personal information was disclosed. We understand how important personal information is, and we handle this information with the utmost care. The incorrect Social Security number on your paperwork was a result of a clerical error, not the disclosure of another person's information. One of our staff members had inadvertently typed in the last two digits backwards before sending it out to you. As soon as we discovered the mistake, we took immediate steps to correct it and sent you updated paperwork.
Mistakes like this are not reflective of our standard practices. Our team is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism. We understand your frustration and lack of confidence, and we promise to do better.

Alison and Michael Packard were the most kind and gentle humans we could have asked for. We knew nothing regarding wills and trusts, and they both walked us through the process in the most amazing and professional manner. Phone calls or in person, we felt understood and well informed. Never did we feel lost in the process and if we did require clarification, Alison and Michael didn’t bat an eye when they had to explain and re-explain processes unfamiliar to us. I cannot recommend the Packard Law Firm enough. They have been an answer to our prayers, not only now, but in the future when we will have a flawless process of implementing the important directives and wishes we desire for our family. A 11/10 experience.

My claim went to social security 10 months ago and is still only 60% complete on the review. So, if you are starting the process, it could be a year or more before you even get your first response regarding disability. Carla was very helpful with the filing process but, of course, isn't able to help with how long it takes, but that is out of her control. My mother had the same degenerative diseases, and I watched her go through this horrible process without legal help. I 100% recommend hiring Packard. It's too stressful, and I would have ended up sicker from the stress of filing on my own. This whole process can take years, so it's good to have assistance with the paperwork.
