They were kind of creepy about texting me for months after turning them down. But they have mostly a positive vibe. And they talked mad trash about tiles.

Pacific Bath delivered as promised. They did the transformation of our old shower into a new one in just 2 days. This was the second one they have done for us and I would recommend this company to anyone. They left no mess and made sure they protected my floor as they did their work.

Our bath looks great now. Pacific came back and tore everything out, started over and we very satisfied. There are still a couple minor things to be taken care of and we are sure they will be taken care of.
Update: 4/5/24 still waiting for the minor repairs to be done!!

Joel, Alex and their crew did a beautiful job in remodeling our very old shower with KOHLER products. They laid tarps throughout the house to protect our hardwood floors. Every phase was explained to us in detail. The project took less than 2 days. Very satisfied with both the product, end result and contractors. I would highly recommend Pacific Bath and Joel and Alex.

Eric was our sales; he was super patient and very cool! He made us feel so comfortable and informed with our bathroom project! Greg and Omar were fantastic and super hard working! We live in an older manufactured home that required extra work to prepare for installation of our tub to shower conversion & replace an existing separate shower. Matt and Jacob arrived on time (we live about 3-1/2 hrs away) and immediately set to work taking care of all the structural issues. They laid floor protectors to cover everywhere they walked. They were fast, very professional and did an amazing job. Considering the challenges, the new showers are beautiful, I couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend Matt and Jacob and also Pacific Bath whose staff were excellent customer service.

We are thrilled with the new shower! It’s beautiful and really made great use of the space we had!
The only thing that kept us from giving a five star review is the fact that there was a bit of wall damage on the other side of the installation wall (our closet) . Brian came out and repaired it and also installed a new piece of framing on the shower ( there was a blemish on it when installed) and he installed a bumper like piece on the two doors to help prevent water from coming out of the shower area. The communication from the company from start to finish was also great! The installers were very courteous and professional!

The installers ripped out the old fiberglass shower in less than a days' work & installed a beautiful marble shower. The walls are much hugger. They installed a grab bar as you enter the shower & it's much more spacious with the fiberglass inserts. I love the bamboo shelf for my shampoo and body wash bottles. The shower head is just right. I love taking hot showers in there. I feel so special!
